Not many options for convenient places to eat nearby, ended up ordering some food via Uber Eats. It is a 50 min walk into the city centre (Cathedral) so taxi or public transport needed unless you like walking on busy streets. The hotel could provide more info on easy ways to get into the city.

Parking is available outside the hotel on the street with one bay for electrical charging. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. 8:30 Saturday morning was very quiet :-).

I think the breakfast is a bit over priced for what is offered. It could be much better if a few more items are added.

The hotel is extremely close to Koln Messe and we could walk it every morning to the trade fair which was a big plus give the amount of cars that go to this location.

No coffee machine in the room (probably an oversight from the hotel since we had coffee pods)

Room was quite large as well as bathroom. We also requested an extra bed for a todller and was very happy with what was supplied. Breakfast the next morning was quite good, both warm breakfast and continental was available. Good selection of fruit juices. We could also use the hotel's car charging facility - even though expensive with hotel rates - it was really convenient to use.

Cost was overpriced for hotel location in conjunction with central area of Koln. Prices inflated for euro 2024, understand the reason for this but highly disagree with level of inflation. Staff at breakfast were rude. They demanded we left at 09:58 as 'she had to set up for lunch and breakfast ends at 10'. Poor customer service.

Hotel has a nice decor, very clean and rooms were very spacious and beds comfy. Check in staff were helpful upon arrival and flexible with leaving bags etc , appreciated this. Nice courtyard for relaxing and easy taxi booking system

When we first entered our room it smelled really bad (like water that had been standing still for a while) we had to air out our room and put on the AC which helped but it took a while for the smell to be gone completely. Also the door to the shower / toilet wasn’t that great. It does not close properly and you can hear everything when you’re in the room.

The location and easy access to the city and concert hall (palladium) with public transportation. The staff was very friendly!

- Glas wall to bathroom (toilette) is a NO GO. There were curtains but they were transparent - Huge room but, given that, the bed was really small. Make it 2m wide for such large rooms - Room would not heat up enough, so apparently the radiator is not good enough for such a large room - As bed was small (only 1.40m or so wide), I needed to sleep on couch (because wife + kid needed the space) but the couch consisted of squares, so lying down there did only work by fixing it on both sides

Unfortunately the bed was very uncomfortable to the point where we could feel the springs in the mattress. The pillows were not very padded, to the point where we literally lay flat. The room smelled of cigarette smoke also when we walked in, as my husband and I don’t smoke it wasn’t very welcoming.

We stayed 1 night as we were attending a concert in which the hotel was in walking distance to, which was ideal as we didn’t have to worry about parking. The staff were friendly upon arrival and the room was clean and tidy.
