The property was a little dusty. I have allergies so I did notice this. The area to put clothes on had a slight layer of dust on it. There was building work going on in the area so this may have caused it. It didn’t spoil an otherwise excellent trip.

Great location. Comfortable beds. Plenty of space. They had thought of everything to make the stay a good one.

The location was perfect. It is a working distance to transportation and restaurants. There is ac in the apartment. The equipment in the apartment are new. Nice place to stay.

Some residents/guests were playing very loud music which wasn’t quite the atmosphere we were seeking!

Stylish, tidy, clean space. Thoughtful provisions for travellers. Easy to access local shops, train stations and walk to nearby attractions. Our kids loved the cubby like beds in the loft area!

The room for 4 people is not suitable for 4 adults. The space for the second couple is too narrow.

Everything was great but it would be nice if you didn’t have to keep logging in to the software to unlock the doors (by entering the confirmation code/booking number, etc.). Maybe just log in at the beginning of the stay and remain logged in until checkout.

The location was perfect. It was an easy walk to the S- and U-Bahn stations. Easy to find parking on the street, and comfortable apartment. The instructions and help from the employees were excellent. Very responsive!

The access to the rooms via Wifi, was a little tricky as our wifi was unreliable. But that was our phone carrier's/our issue, not the property.

The location was absolutely perfect! Easy access to most sights on foot, and the subway (very easy to use/figure out) is very close to the apartment. The building is very charming and the apartment was new and clean. We loved our stay here!

Can't think of any negatives. The ladder to the top floor was very steep but not a problem for our family.

Central location. Easy, digital check-in and locks. Luggage room accessible prior to check in. Comfy beds. Clean, big bathroom. Well equipped kitchette. Good air con. Plenty of plug sockets (need a European adaptor if visiting from UK, although some sockets do have USB ports)

Our door, 201 was so difficult to open. I could not open it in my own and needed my husband’s help. Having to open 3 doors was a little burdensome. There is not very much storage in the room but we were comfy.

We had a comfortable stay at this apartment-hotel. Our daughter loved the loft bed. We thought the location was good for the price. You can easily walk everywhere.

Drinking water is a problem, except three of welcome bottles we have to buy daily drinking water in the supermarket. It is better to supply direct drinking water source in room.

It’s a bit quiet neighborhood. Safe, clean, but not on a street with coffee shops.

The property was kept really clean, the instructions were really clear and they were responsive on what’s app. Soft towels, nice shampoo/ soap, spacious bathroom, nespresso, oatmilk for coffee instead of fake powder creamer, induction cooktop, real sink for dishes and fridge. All hardwood so no allergy problems. Nice linens and comfortable beds. The loft bed was done well and my kids loved it. Overall, very comfortable.

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

The owner was so kind and helpful. He tried to do his best for our needs and it is easy to connect with him. You can place your luggages at the luggage room even after check out. All the living materials are brand new and qualified ones. We will stay again if we are in Berlin again.

They could have considered keeping it closed during the building's renovation process...

A very pleasant and beautiful facility. The staff are very friendly and helpful. However, when we visited, the building was undergoing renovation. Although we weren't bothered by the noise, the construction materials inside and outside the building had a slightly negative impact on our stay. I'm sure those who stay there once the renovation is complete will have a very enjoyable experience.

Last night, there was a problem with the main closure system of the doors.

The position was very good, close to Alexander Platz. 2 min from the u-bann Closter strasse station. The room was large, and comfortable. With a small kitchen, 2 large beads etc.

The wifi was not working well, super spotty on and off for usage on phones. Netflix could not connect at all. The digital lock also broke down in day 2 although that was alright, was switch to a physical key.

Location was great. At Alexanderplatz. Walking distance to lots of places.

Liked everything.

Interior design is so stylish and comfortable, every item used in flats are high quality. Keyless system is so modern and safe. Location is convenient 5 min walk to Alexander platz. Concierge service replying so fast.
