Bathroom window still no curtain or glaze, already mentioned by at least two reviewers. Neighboring windows are just not far. This is the only reason why my rating is not 10. Trains noise, already noted by other reviews, so it's not unexpected. I think they have to brake right at that spot so it screetches. There is not much to be done about it except good earplugs if the windows need to be open for breeze.

Short walk from train station. Self-checkin, the doormat will say Sweet Home so you can be sure you are at the correct door and level. Good price point. Washing machine was nice to have.

The lack of an elevator was inconvenient, especially with luggage. Having only one bathroom to share among guests was also less than ideal. The distance from main tourist attractions made traveling around the city more time-consuming. Additionally, the address was not searchable on Google Maps, causing initial difficulty in finding the property. Communication with the host was another issue; I didn't receive any information about my stay until the day of check-in, which added unnecessary stress.

Despite being a shared accommodation, the room was surprisingly spacious, providing ample comfort. The equipped kitchen was convenient for preparing meals. Self-check-in made arrival seamless and hassle-free. Its location within walking distance to the train station was incredibly convenient for my travels.

You can hear the train and it is really loud. The apartment is shared but we were aware of it tho, it can be difficult to share one toilet but it is ok for a short stay.

This is a shared space (2 rooms use a common bathroom, kitchenette). The neighbor came in at 3AM, made a lot of noise, left the hall light on (the door has privacy glass, but the light comes through. I had to turn the light off), made a mess in the kitchen (food left out, dirty dishes. They cleaned this up while I was making, eating breakfast the next morning).

The kitchenette with cooking utensils , pots and pans, and dishes, refrigerator, hot plate, washing machine was great. Within walking distance of several sights.

The location is close only to neustadt bahnhof. Other things are more far away but still you can go on foot. The surroundings of the building are full of graffitti and strange people, but nothing wrong happened to us while staying there. Only weird feelings. It was quite safe.

I liked the facilities. Room was clean. Bathroom was shared only between two rooms, so it was comfortable. There was a great supplied kitchen.

I didn't know that this was in an actual apartment building. The location wasn't great-not really close to anything. There is no elevator in the building, and the information to find the apartment wasn't clear.

I was surprised that this was an entire apartment, with full kitchen, large bathroom and bedroom. A great bargain!

Flat has two rooms, my room sleeps three, though I was alone. The apartment seems to be targeted at traveling workers, who stay together in small teams. If both rooms are fully booked, the small bathroom may require some group organisation.

Close to train station (Neustadt) and the Neustadt area. Clean bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, and tools. Though you look at the rails, you will hardly notice passing trains.

Beds are screwed into the wall, you cannot move them. So no sleeping together. My girlfriend and I reserved a room for two people. My girlfriend wanted to sleep at a different bed that was set and took a bedsheets from one and put on the other. Watch out! The owner, without our knowledge entered our room while we were away!!!! Then started demanding we return bedsheets that we "stole" he wanted us also to wash all the sheets. He wrote to me several messages in German, it was really hard to communicate with him, but after he apologized There was no coffee nor tee in the cupboards. Just two old mugs. Overall old shady apartment vibe. Lots of dust on the closet.

Owner is really rude i dont know what is his or her problem but rudest person for me. They didnt send check in info before my arrival and their phone was close. I reached by messages and react REALLY RUDE. Even i said this not stopped bad behaviours. Their replay is “I love you too”. What kind of personality you have. Room heating was not working i wrote them and they act really abnormal too. Dont Go!

Everything was perfect.

The location is excellent. A hip neighbourhood with just a 15 minute walk to the historical center of Dresden. The apartment is beautiful, clean, with huge rooms, nice bathroom and kitchen and a beautiful view. The host is super nice and helpful.
