We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Extremely kind and helpful staff, I was able to check-in early in the morning but also leave my bag for a couple hours after checking-out the next day.

FinlandThe hotel does not actually look like an hotel, but rather a block of flats. The outside appearance is perhaps not too inviting. However, the whole facility was spotless clean and perfectly suitable. No frills, but everything I needed was there. The bed was good and the room very spacious. I arrived 2 hours after the expected check-in time (delayed train) and the reception was closed. This was solved in 2 minutes, as the person on the phone gave me the code to open the drawer with my key. Quick and simple. I left early and did not eat the breakfast. The location is a bit outside the center, but you are only 15 minutes by S.bahn from the center. Totally OK.

so clean bathrooms. great bed, pillow and bed linen. I slept so well. bad luck for me where the s3 and 31 did not work due to a major traffic accident weeks ago. and the hotel staff did not mention the exceptional route. it costed me time and money to get to the hotel.

CanadaDuring my stays in Germany of 4 cities, I paid most expensive for this hotel. But it is too small, no AC.
Location is not bad, near train station and S bahn, But in the evening, no lights on the road, felt unsafe. Staying hotel is safe, there’re lock on the hallway too. After 9 pm, no front desk. Using same room key, to open hotel door, and hallway door, theme room door. Breakfast is included, no enough options for breakfast.

GermanyEverything was great until the day before I was meant to check out. I got a call while I was out in the city and the person on the phone told me I'd been relocated from the double room which I booked to a single room. Like this wasn't bad enough, they also wanted me to return to the hotel to give them the key to the room because they had booked it for new occupants who were checking in soon. I refused to leave the city and travel ~40 minutes back to the hotel to hand them keys. The person on the phone called back and admitted I had indeed booked a double room but "someone" had overbooked and there was nothing they could do, they apologised and pleaded that I join them for breakfast the next morning. I also didn't need to return to the hotel because they found a spare key but my personal belongings had been moved from the room I rightly booked to a smaller one while I was NOT there. They left the key to the single room in a lock box in front of the hotel and sms'ed the code. While checking out the next day, I met the person I spoke with on the phone. They apologised again, and offered to make me breakfast (it was past the regular breakfast time) which I refused, then they offered me 10 euros which they said was the difference for the double room I didn't get to sleep in, which I also refused. I just wanted to get out of the place at this point. So while the person I spoke to did try to make things somewhat better, it's unfortunate that the guarantee of a basic expectation of privacy and responsibility wasn't met during my stay.
Check-in was smooth, the room was clean and facilities were nice. Location was far out (I wanted this) but calm and quiet.

Fantastic access from the very affordable garage parking spot nearly straight to the room! Great if you travel by car and want to move stuff or simply deliver shoppings. Great staff as well, very friendly, very nice breakfeast.
