Looks clean, but actually not in detail. The shower booth was clogged with hair. Some areas were not cleaned thoroughly, such as the window area. The mention of the parking on the list is not accurate. There is a street parking about 2~300 meters away, and luck is needed to park.

It was a modern apartment with a pretty cool interior and a good location to explore the old town. The communication was a breeze.

I just found this property a bit pricy. I paid more than € 300 for two nights in April which is not even high season.

This property rental exceeded our expectations. I recommend it without reservation. Host is super gentle.

The pillow mattress combination really isn’t good. That’s was the only downside, we didn’t sleep well. Not because it was loud but because the bed was really uncomfortable. Also, if you are sensitive to light in the morning, bring a sleeping mask. There are only sheer curtains.

Close to the city center and public transport. Lovely furnishings, a lot of storage space. Very clean. The building is very retro-clique. All in all a wonderful apartment!

There was an excellent supermarket across the road which sold fresh rolls, cheese and meats for breakfast. Lovely balcony for the two of us to sit and take breakfast. Really liked having a kettle to make a cup of tea! In fact the kitchen was so well equipped my husband was dropping hints that I should be making the dinner instead of going to a restaurant!

There is a scale before the elevator - it's not a problem if you have somebody to help with a baby stroller, it's just good to know about it

The location is absolutely the best of the best because everything is very close to the apartment but it's quite enough to have proper rest. The flat isn't big but has everything you need and is beautiful. The floor is absolutely gorgeous. Communication with the manager was nice, picking up the keys was also easy. We enjoyed it and we would stay there again!

It is very clean, spacious, with all the essential equipment in the kitchen, including a dish washer, free coffee and herbal tea. They even have a washing machine in the spacious bathroom! I am a solo traveler, but the apartment can easily and comfortably fit 2-3 people. The apartment is conveniently located. I could easily walk to major sites in the city. When I arrived in Leipzig, I went to another Studio 44 in a different location. When I called via WhatsApp, immediately there was a gentleman picked up my call. He told me he was the assistant and he kindly provided me with the direction to Studio 44 Paul. I couldn’t be happier with the lodging and highly recommend it to other fellow travelers

The key collection cafe was some distance from the appartment which was not easy with luggage.

Location is perfect - walking distance to city centre such as near by parks. Love the old building and beautiful art work on the ceiling. The apartment had everything on basic requirements provided as described. Very comfortable and relaxing.

We arrived in Leipzig earlier in the day and due to the host not having facilities for us to leave our luggage before the official check-in time we left it at the station. Later we returned to the station to pick it up, had to go to a cafe to pick up the keys and then on to the studio. This was quite a walk (especially with luggage)...

The studio itself was perfect. It was spacious and in a good, quiet location very near a bakery (for fresh bread in the morning) and a supermarket.

The bathroom light and fan turn on and off automatically, meaning you can’t turn it off yourself and the fan is quite loud - not great in the night. Bathroom door just a sliding glass door. Originally booked the “Gustav” apartment, but our booking was changed to the List” one, due to an accident. That obviously couldn’t be helped, however do want to point out that the “List” apartment is located very close to hospital grounds, and there can be vehicles (including helicopters) arriving, so not the cosiest location.

Very comfy bed. Good size room and balcony, comfortable for a couple for a weekend. Shower has consistent hot water. Close to transport stops and the botanical garden.
