I love the unique style of the hotel and I am very grateful for the surprise breakfast perks for my special day. It's clean, spacious and near the ocean and also supermarket. Overall i love that it's gives relaxing feeling and privacy.

the rooms and bathrooms could have been cleaner. Some of the white towels had brown stain on them. I did not want to make a fuss so I didn't say anything to the hotel staff.

location, staff and coziness of the hotel. We forgot something in the room and they kindly called us and reminded us, so, we went and picked It up. It was very nice of them.

The hotel exceeded my expectations! The location is amazing, it’s 5 minutes from the sea and close to a nice cafe. I had birthday and the staff surprised me with a bottle of Sekt and a plate of fruits for breakfast. The breakfast itself was also great, with scrambled eggs, yogurt and a big variety of fruits, cheese, and nuts. The spa area is very relaxing.

I felt the bed was on the almost too firm side and I hated the pillows. They were way too soft and fluffy, no substance to them. The room was super warm all the time. Opening the windows didnt help because it didnt face the direction the breeze was coming from. They could really use a fan or air conditioning. I can't imagine this on a hot summer day.

The location was great with a short walk to the beach. The bed was comfortable, leaning towards the firm side. There was a nice breakfast available every morning. The cleaning staff in the room did a great job. Loved the shower and the space in the bathroom. It was nice having a suite with a separate space form the bedroom to hang out.

Location is the nearest to the beach, breakfast was very good and the staff was very friendly. You can see how much effort they put in little things. Would definitely come back.

The hotel did not give any grace period upon checking out. They refuse to accommodate to the guest needs. Asking for just 30 mins grace period was a no-go. Unfortunately it is not tourist-friendly, especially if you are not from Germany. Phone chargers etc were not available upon request. Breakfast was sufficient in variety for one morning but I would not stay here for more than 3 days.

Clean and newly furnished hotel. In terms of the rooms itself, it was perfect. Nothing to complain. The self check in booths were ideal for guests who may arrive late at night.

The room was well appointed and styled well for a Health Conscience Beach Hotel. The Breakfast Room had a wide variety to suit almost anyone. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Recommendations for dining and sightseeing were spot on, as well as tips to avoid walking on the beach without the supplied pass. Overall, I enjoy this Hotel and will return in the Summer or Fall (it was very wet and stormy)

Would have appreciated a fan/ventilator in our room.

Our suite was very large and comfortable. Everything worked. Was quiet and clean. Breakfast till 1100 was very nice. Very easy and short walk to the Deuch. Promenade Beach etc.

- Personnel: upon arrival it was not clear where the reception is, the receptionist was not welcoming at all (was a bit unnerved by our "late" arrival at 5pm, on check-out day I had a telephone conference in the morning and asked for 30 min. delayed check-out and my requested was turned down unfriendly and almost rudely with flimsy arguments - Breakfast: the ambiance of the breakfast room is more like in a youth hostel than a 4 star hotel, the variety of food is huge but more on the mass than the quality side (bake buns, no fresh whole grain bred) - Cleanliness: I never leave my hotel room untidy but there was no visible difference from when I left in the morning and when I returned in the evening other than that the bed was made - Ambiance overall: the entire house appears labyrinthine, wherever you want to go you have to take stairs or slow elevators (if you cannot climb stairs), the stairways are narrow and steep, the rooms are dark, the decoration (pictures) do not really fit with the furniture - Overall: the hotel promises a lot on its website and delivers little

As a English speaking guest I couldn’t watch tv in the room as you couldn’t connect to the internet so Netflix or other steaming services where not available

The staff were really friendly and helpful the room was very clean
