It's was very nice.

It's a great location directly in the Portuguese quarter. Also the vicinity of the ringline U3 and the metro make navigating the city easy! Also quite room towards the back! They also provided a little iron when I needed them

Give your guests the option of just a small breakfast. I just would have needed fruit and yoghurt. The buffet was excellent. My husband liked it, but I am not a big eater in the morning.

We loved the location close to the harbour and the Elbphilharmony. The Portuguese Restaurants in walking distance from the hotel were excellent.

The room was a bit older that other hotels. Looks like it can use a little update/renovating. But at least the bathrooms seemed newly renovated - very clear and spacious.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! After check-out we need a quite place to finish a meeting and they helped us arrange without any issues. Thank you so much!

Basic facilities no tea or coffee making facilities in room No AC and we had the window open in April so not sure how it would be in height of summer, stifling I expect. Pillows were so flat! If we had been staying more than one night we would have gone to reception but as only 1 night by time we realised it was too late to do anything! Tried to see if rooms were ready 45 mins before check-in and told no... Come back 3pm..... Never had that before!

Actually everything is great!

Stella Maris first attracted me with the name, the central location and the relatively favourable price. The atmosphere on site was relaxed, informal and the light was pleasant. The breakfast was excellent!

we paid for a double bed but had two singles. Room was large but not very appealing and tired given the contrast with the lounge and breakfast areas.

Breakfast room and breakfast itself was great as was the "lounge" area with two computers to check flights and things to do locally.

If you expect a modern Hotel, you will be disappointed a bit. The rooms are pretty old-school, the beds aren't really comfy and there's no fresh air or ac.

We are from Australia, so when the weather is warm we expect some sort of cooling such as an air conditioner or a fan. Typically if there is a fan windows need to be open to allow fresh air but security on the windows is then required, otherwise you are just shifting hot air around the room . There was a warm day or 2, and rain, we had to open up to let in fresh air, but there was no security or installations such as air con or fans, then close them to sleep which was a little stifling. This is a significant negative for the hotel.

Location very good and in the Portuguese quarter, which we did now know initially, so there was a good selection of places to eat. It is also near the river, which was an added interest.

Internet connection very poor. If you rely on that for your work, arrange a different solution Room is very basic, but clean.

Room was very tiny even for a city, felt a little claustrophobic. Parking in St Michael garage is very expensive but the hotel has a discount card....if you pay the deposit cash... :-( that's not very customer friendly because I had no cash and had to pay the full amount in de public garage.

Central location, clean and proper hotel in a lively neighborhood close to Landungsbrucken.
