Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

CanadaGive your guests the option of just a small breakfast. I just would have needed fruit and yoghurt. The buffet was excellent. My husband liked it, but I am not a big eater in the morning.
We loved the location close to the harbour and the Elbphilharmony. The Portuguese Restaurants in walking distance from the hotel were excellent.

GermanyThe room was a bit older that other hotels. Looks like it can use a little update/renovating. But at least the bathrooms seemed newly renovated - very clear and spacious.
Staff was very friendly and helpful! After check-out we need a quite place to finish a meeting and they helped us arrange without any issues. Thank you so much!

United KingdomBasic facilities no tea or coffee making facilities in room No AC and we had the window open in April so not sure how it would be in height of summer, stifling I expect. Pillows were so flat! If we had been staying more than one night we would have gone to reception but as only 1 night by time we realised it was too late to do anything! Tried to see if rooms were ready 45 mins before check-in and told no... Come back 3pm..... Never had that before!

AustraliaWe are from Australia, so when the weather is warm we expect some sort of cooling such as an air conditioner or a fan. Typically if there is a fan windows need to be open to allow fresh air but security on the windows is then required, otherwise you are just shifting hot air around the room . There was a warm day or 2, and rain, we had to open up to let in fresh air, but there was no security or installations such as air con or fans, then close them to sleep which was a little stifling. This is a significant negative for the hotel.
Location very good and in the Portuguese quarter, which we did now know initially, so there was a good selection of places to eat. It is also near the river, which was an added interest.

Parking in St Michael garage is very expensive but the hotel has a discount card....if you pay the deposit cash... :-( that's not very customer friendly because I had no cash and had to pay the full amount in de public garage.
