This hotel is a great value for money, the location is perfect - close to the train station as well as the city centre so you can do all the sight-seeing on foot, but the tram station is just in front of the hotel as well as all amenities. I booked a single room and it was perfect for a solo traveller, just spacious and comfortable enough, nice decor and everything was spotless. The staff was really lovely as well.

Very nice hotel in the city center. Good breakfast and parking near the hotel. McDonald restaurant in the same building so no problem if you would like a snack right in the middle of night. Decent room size and our room was facing the inner garden so it was realy silent. Very clean room.

Our room was very warm, but thought it was because it was very warm outside. After asking the front desk for a fan that they didn't have, they did move us to a cooler room! Price of breakfast seemed a bit much - €20 pp. So we walked across the plaza to a nice konditori and had a nice pastry and coffee/tee for less than one at the hotel.

Location is amazing! Walked out and crossed the street to the cathedral and main plaza with lots of restaurant choices. There is a huge mall just across the plaza as well. Parking garage located under the plaza very close to the hotel. Staff was able to move us to a better room after realizing our room was not cooling! Hotel gave us a discounted parking price! Only €20 instead of €28. During Christmas market time, this is an amazing place to stay!

The room space could have been used more innovatively. There was loads of space to furnish a cosy stay but there was very little furniture, e.g. no proper sofa/arm chair/table. Additionally, there was no door in the bathroom.

The rom was very spacious. The hotel is very centrally located, it could not have been better. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The location was excellent, and the hotel was lovely. It was beautiful inside, spotlessly clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were great, and really helpful. Overall, the hotel far exceeded our expectations, and we were surprised that it was only three stars.

I would definitely consider staying here if I return to Dresden. That being said, I think there are a few improvements that could be made. Firstly, the day I checked in was extremely hot and the hotel is air conditioned but the base AC level is not very cool and you can only adjust it by up to 3 degrees. I was very warm the first night and had to take a cold shower to properly cool down. Second of all, the mattress was quite thin and I could feel the hard platform underneath. A bit more comfort would be appreciated. Finally, I found the floors and elevators consistently confusing. There could be more labelling of what goes where and how to find places, or better directions given by staff. But these are minor complaints. Overall the hotel is quite nice and a good value for the money.

Location fantastic , 15 min walk in a straight line from train station or tram ride in 6 mins straight outside train station to Prager St , walk 6 mins to hotel located in a Beautiful building .Nice bright spacious room . Good shower . Coffee available in the room, a bar fridge .Good value for money . Close to a shopping centre and plenty of cafes/restaurants near by. Beautiful city .

The air conditioning worked well in living room, but not the bedroom in the suite. The toilet has a glass door and the bathroom has no door, so we had to take turns in the room with the facilities! Breakfast at 20 euros per person was not worth it.

The bathroom does not even have a door. It's ok for couples but not for family who need privacy during shower time :-)

The historical building looks very nice from the outside. Great picture background. Entral location, right in the square across from old town. Easy walk to all the beautiful sightseeing spots in Dresden.
