I had unwashed underwear and some t-shirts, so I put them in a plastic bag to take them out. The cleaners took it, and I think it has been discarded.

Overall, I am satisfied with my three-day stay at Star G Hotel München Schwabing, but there are some areas for improvement, such as providing electrical kettles and some tea and coffee bags.

Sleep quality was not great, you can hear other people, especially if they have kids, they should try to place people with children separate from people without Quite expensive AC or Air conditioner did not seem to work at all, not effective and it was quite hot despite outdoors being rather cold

Very clean, placed in the center of Munich, easy access to most things. There is a bar at the lobby, someone is always handling the lobby, check in and check out were fast and nice. We visited in a rather cold period of the year, so comfort was quite good.

The staff was amazing and helpful. It is a very nice place for a family on vacation. It's a bit from the city centre but the tram and U-Bahn connection is very simple. We loved it there!

They charge extra for parking 16 euros/ day. The parking is at the end of teh street, 200meters from entrance

I thought they had access to washing machines, and they used to have a contract with another hotel to let guests use the coin-operated machines, but that is no longer permitted. The beds were also a bit too hard for our taste.

Breakfast was tasty, the rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable. Although it is near the airport, there are also some nice things nearby, like a wildflower field, a forest walk to a country-style restaurant, and a large grocery. Getting there from the airport by train was super easy.

The parking is not located in the same place as the hotel, 300 m far. Also for breakfast you have to go to the other hotel, this should be explained in the description......

The location, there was nothing nearby but it was not such a big deal. The room was too warm.

The hotel was clean, the personnel super friendly and the breakfast quite complete, yes you paid extra, but even though it was a great breakfast. The room was super clean and comfortable.

Breakfast is served in the building next door. However it’s absolutely wonderful with a wide variety of options. The family rooms are spacious and very comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

The aircon in our room. Was on but it did not get cool at all. We were hot and felt stuffy , had to open the big window wide open.

Location-wise, Bus stop was only a few walks away. Compared to the other rooms I’ve stayed at in Munich, this one is big and clean with a mini-refrigerator, free bottle of water and other basic things one needs. I loved my stay and would love to stay again!

It was not major but we only got 1 bottle of water for the 2 of us for 3 nights. We got cleaning service but they did not refill or gave us a new bottle. Besides, the receptionist did not speak English so it was a bit challenging to communicate with her, but it did not create any issue for us.

They were very flexible to allow us to check in early when we arrived in the morning. The hotel locates relatively far from the city but it is quite accessible to all the public transportation (tram, bus stops).
