How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).

There is no Lift if you considering the whole apartment The Location is on the main road so prepare for noises during the night

The room was a bit warm and old. Elevator stopped in between floors, so you have to carry the luggage up or down.
Very good value for money. Also the location was good for me.

Cigarettes smell, even though it says non smoking rooms. Receptionist is not friendly at all . Be careful with extra charges. We paid the sum they asked, but before leaving they decided to charge extra for the small bed. It was early departure and we didn’t have time to solve this issue as we were rushing to the airport. But we felt tricked, because the additional sum was added for no reason. Really annoying.

Room was really simple and need an update. Orange walls, old curtains and furniture seems to be from the early eighties. But it was clean.
Kantstrasse is just great . So many good restaurants around there.

There was one staff receptionist she's a young girl which was not nice at all. She very mean and shows 0 empathy or smile on her face. she's not professional and I think she would need a training on customer service to learn how to communicate better with customers because she really lacks it! Also I don't like the buffet it costs 10 euros but my advice is to skip it.

My room window was located quite far from the room itself so it had the least amount of sunlight in. (but practically this did not create major problems)
The room was clean and sufficient for staying alone for a short period. I had no issues.

Some of the floors were under maintenance, a sort of construction site. I hope the lift will function soon after the full overhaul.
The location is excellent for transport, shopping and recreation. Staff were friendly and responsive to the guests questions.

The lift was being renovated so i hope they finish it fast The toilet was clean but somehow had a strange smell I believe there might have been a bug in the bed sheets as I was badly stung in the last night, supposedly with fresh bed sheets...

The elevator was broken throughout our whole stay and that was not so easy to climb the 5th floor each time you need to take something from the room. Also the place was a bit loud - neighbours up at night talking loud, even screaming or crying, and we could hear that, so I would not advise this property if you have troubles sleeping/getting back to sleep.
Very friendly staff, excellent location. Breakfasts are nice

The bathroom had a hair dryer, but there was no socket to plug it on. It was an attached hairdryer, so you couldn't even take it off and plug it somewhere in the room. Also, the internet was okay, and it would rather disconnect every time you, and you would need to enter the password multiple times.
the staff was really friendly and was there every time if you would need anything. The building is an old one, it has some good vibes, though. I did not take breakfast in the hotel, I would rather explore small places around the street there I had really great bites and the grill place Örnek Grillhaus by the was good.

The lift wasn't working and I got the room on the 4th floor. Also, the toilette is a way to small and old. The room main door doesn't look solid, so you are sometimes afraid that the wind don't open it.
Big and comfy bed. Also, the location is also ok, because the Ubahn is very near, and there is also one of the city centres near by. The hotel is nice, and a best for money stay. Economic stay.
