- The location - The deluxe suites are very trendy and comfortable. - The children liked the outdoor playground, the swimming pool and the mini golf. - The restaurant works basically all day.

AustraliaUsual niggles! Continued communication problems with NYE spa closing hour. No advice from Reception upon arrival of early closing time with website still saying 8pm. Checked with helpful spa staff and advised that, like last year, sauna would close at 6pm. On NYE, we were then told by different staff that spa would now be ‘turned off’ and we must vacate by 5pm! Otherwise, WiFi in the house is still crap … only good in main hotel building; continued issues with table allocation at breakfast … yes, it is a busy time and some guests continue to adopt the beach towel mentality, but …; and there are some maintenance issues with the house that we will address in a separate email to the hotel management.
Holiday house that is clean and comfortable … ideal for our relaxed post Christmas spa holiday. Friendly, helpful staff throughout the property. Excellent quality breakfast buffet. Good solid well managed spa facility.

NetherlandsThe only thing that could be improved is the decor and furniture in the vacation houses as it is very old-fashioned and the couches had some old stains on them that were a little off-putting. Pillows were also uncomfortably thin.
The vacation home we got was extremely clean, staff were very friendly and helpful even though some did not speak English gladly. We were treated very kindly and had a great experience. The facilities such as the gym and the swimming pool and beauty services were also well organised. Wish we had stayed longer. Maybe next time.

GermanyWe didn't know that the vacation houses have cold stone floor, so bring warm socks or you will have cold feet. Overall, the dinner buffet is pricey considering the main courses (but the appetizer buffer makes up for it).
The breakfast buffet is superb; it really leaves nothing to be desired. The dinner buffet needs to be discussed in a more differentiated way: The selection of appetizers is again superb, including the variety of sopus. About the main course, however, we were less enthusiastic. The meat choice was rather dry, but the sauce helps. There is nothing really attractice for children. While I'd agree that children should eat what is available, it doesn't help when they are complaining every evening that they don't like the food and just go for the desert (which is, again, nice with a selection of sweets and cheese.) The staff is usually attentive, but waiting next to be till I have actually finished the plate is overdoing it a little. The pool area is nice and fun for the kids.

AustraliaWifi is still crap in the house. You have to go to the main building to get any decent connection. Niggles …. some poor communication on the closing time for spa facility for NYE with website saying 8pm (details obtained via QR code on fact sheet provided at check in) … but we were ‘chucked out’ of sauna at 5:45pm for a 6pm close. Problems with table allocation at breakfast even though we had booked our “usual table” weeks before our arrival. Finally, an irritation … despite my comment last time, the picture behind the television has still not been rehung (see pic).
This was our third time here. As before, we booked a house - very comfortable and cozy with the new heating system; staff were very helpful and efficient; buffet breakfast was again very good; gym and sports/spa facilities enjoyable. Overall, despite some niggles (see below), it was a relaxing five night stay across New Year. P.S. Special appreciation due to the Director for locating a pair of favourite shoes left behind in our house and arranging to forward them to us!

We got a spacious holiday home and enjoyed the available facilities at the hotel (breakfast buffet, swimming pool, spa, and massage, the latter coming at additional cost). The hotel is beautifully located in the hillside.
