Room was on the small side, and rather crammed with appliances. The outside space in front of the room was freely accessible to anybody, and we found other guests chatting in front of our window - which wasn’t great. The car park is very very very very narrow.

The beds were uncomfortable, as the matrasses had no support in the middle anymore. They definitely need to be replaced.

The facilities were clean and well maintained, and everyone was really nice. The room was well-equipped with shower gel and toiletries, and there was a fridge for the mini-bar, with enough space to add a bottle of milk and some more if needed.

Even though I turned the heating off in the room, it somehow kept running on a low level. My room was on the upper floor: there was only lukewarm water in the bathroom in the evening/at night, in the morning it turned hot after a while though. The TV kept updating its channels for a few minutes every time it was turned on.

The breakfast was great: wide selection and even vegan options. The room was quiet and clean. Windows could be opened to let in fresh air. Small fridge in the room and a small, free bootle of water.

Wifi wasn't good. Our room was facing the street and we could hear the cars all night long - nothing major but still wasn't great (the room included earplugs which was nice)

After a few hot days, the rooms were hot too. However, a fan was available and that worked a treat.

Comfortable, clean and very helpfull staff. Great parking facilities, breakfast is even better. The location at the edge of the city center is super.

There is no bar or evening meal option.

Location is excellent for touring Passau, well serviced with buses and stop just outside. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Room not tidy enough. The spoons in the room were dirty. Toilet is not so clean. It was smelling like someone just done something there. We have to open the windows for some minutes.

Breakfast was nice. Food was good. Just walking distance to the center of the town.

Beware: No elevator. We had to carry our luggage up two flights of stairs! One receptionist we had was very friendly and helpful. She gave us maps and directions. But another receptionist ignored us for quite some time when we came in. She offered to help bring our luggage up the stairs, but then just left us at the bottom!

This was a nice place to stay in Passau. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Each room had its own outside terrace with table and chairs. This was particularly nice as we could open the door and extend the room to include outside. The area was green and many birds. The hotel is 4 blocks from the railway station which we found convenient. The hotel itself is about a 15 minute walk to downtown Passau. We actually liked this because the place was very quiet and we like to walk.

We actually tried to book again a few days later, but no vacancies. A little bit of a walk to town, but we knew that. So generally not an issue, but you have to walk to restaurants as there is nothing close by. So a bit of a wet walk if you want to eat if it rains, but in good weather unproblematic.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean room and facilities. All the little things you appreciate in a hotel (tissues, coffee maker, water). Very comfortable beds. But best of all: the best make-up mirror EVER!!! In the right place to get light, adjustable height, and light on the mirror!!! Someone actually took into consideration that women might stay at their place. Really appreciated that!!!

The reception was closed when I arrived at 7pm and I had to communicate with the receptionist via phone. She gave me clear but not easy instructions how to access the key . If my English wasnt good I would have a problem. I think these things should be given in advance in writing.
