Good hotel in terms of price/quality. Clean, cosy room, comfortable bed and pillows. Greenery and silence outside the window :) Excellent underground parking, underground passage to the thermal baths, put on your bathrobe and in 3 minutes you're in the pool.

Mattresses in the room with balcony (219) were not great at all. The springs were really hurting my back. This room definitely needs new mattresses. There were no teacloths or kitchen sponges in room 219.

We stayed in two rooms. The one without a balcony (#230) had a much bigger bathroom and very comfortable mattresses. Easy access to the Therme. Parking is 5€ / day.

The apartment house is great. There is even a kitchenette. A lot of hotels around are connected to the spa and the garage through an underground tunnel. I have extended my stay because the place is so goodl there is nothing more one could wish for. The value for money is also great.

There is not much cleaning service throughout one’s stay and the staff speak little English and tend to get easily irritated when asked questions.

The room was lovely, recently renovated and felt fresh. The property has its Bavarian charm which I enjoyed. The underground tunnels connecting the hotel to the pool are such a fun and exciting feature.

Maybe just learn from our misunderstanding, when we accidentally drove our car right in front of the building where there is a pedestrian zone, but we should probably have gone straight to the underground garages.

Good value for money. Nice surroundings with the possibility of various activities as a bonus. Made a stop-over on the way to another destination, but already thinking of a relaxing extended weekend here.

The bed was not very comfortable. it would be very helpful, to provide basic tea and coffee bags, as there are self-catering facilities. Some basic cosmetics, like shower gel/shampoo were also needed. The room was not cleaned. But it did not matter, as I stayed only four days.

Lovely place and very good location. Underground parking and direct access to the therme. Friendly, helpful and competent staff. Spacious and pretty room. Good wi-fi.

Missing corkscrew and room a little dated (stains on carpet), although in good repair.

The underground safe parking and walkway to the thermal bath was appreciated. Liked the quiet location and spaciousness of the room. Would recommend as a weekend/weeklong stay facility.

Bathrooms needs renovation (not coloring the tiles only), beds can be newer.

Clean, tide rooms. Next to therme pools (u can go undergruond straight to the pools).Quite city, but can find places to eat. Easy Point for getting keys if arrive late.

The chemical smell of the room probably from the cleaning products. It triggered my astma and I barely could sleep. The carpet and the furniture are very old with a lot of stains. We did not have any soap in the bathroom and we used our shower gel to wash our hands and bodies.

We liked the location and the secured parking garage. The apartment was very spacious with a big balcony. The beds were comfortable. The mini kitchenette has everything you need. We had received in advance a very good information regarding the collection of the key and garage chip.
