In general, it is a very good hotel. Sometimes the common areas are dirty. But it is mostly for bad tenants!

There are no restaurants nearby. You have to spend about 20 minutes to get to the center of the city. The refrigerator doesn’t work.

The stuff is very helpful. Nice lobby on the first floor. Room is clean and it has everything you need for a short staying. They have laundry with four washing machines and four dryers. One minute from the subway lines U7 and U4. Close to the shopping mall Hessen-Center.

Cleanliness could have been better in the kitchen, specially in the common fridge.

Spacious room, bed was comfortable, blackout curtains, mini fridge in the room. Perfect location to attend shows at Batschkapp and well-connected to the city centre. I also liked the common kitchen.

The rates to this apart/hotel vary so much. I have lived there for work now for the last 8 months and I don't think I have paid the same rate twice.

Excellent position if you wan to be in the east of the city. Very close to train station with regular trains into town. Sonja and Maria on reception are excellent hostesses and very helpful.

Free cleaning is available once a week, but I think that’s not enough. By the middle of the week, our room was already quite dusty. If you don’t want to cook, there aren’t any places nearby to have breakfast—except for a fast-food option about a 15-minute walk away.

This hotel is close to a bus/train stop, making it convenient to travel to the city center. The kitchen is fully equipped—you can even bake a cake if you want 🙂. The lobby is nice and cozy, a great place to relax in the evening with a glass of wine. The manager’s support was fast and helpful. The online check-in and check-out process was smooth, with clear instructions, so there were no issues getting in and out. The internet connection in my room was also good.

When i checked in the dustbins of my room were not cleaned. The hotel is about 30 mins from the central station or Messe. When the public transport union went on strike (which is happening everytime now when we visit messe) , it costed a lot of money to take the uber .

The hotel is a hidden gem and is located away from the hustle bustle of central Frankfurt. I found the stay very comforting, specially the reception area, where they had a coffee machine and a few sitting tables for guests overlooking the main road. Apart from this , the kitchen on every floor was a great help. The staff at the reception are very helpful.

Cleaning the room, I was there for a week and the room was not cleaned once ☹️ I did ask on Friday if my room will be cleaned and I was told that it will be done on Monday ; that did not happen

Rooms are not sound proof, there are some unpleasant neighbors who made too many noise at most of the nights specially when opening and closing rooms doors with a huge noise shaking my bed.

The only thing I didn’t like was the bed mattress, it was too hard and made it difficult to sleep.

Very easy and fast self check in, room and bathroom were clean. Excellent location near a u bahn stop and right next to the Batschkapp venue.

Beds were not all that comfortable and the hairdryer worked poorly. It's very inconvenient that there is no personnel at all on site in the evening or during the weekend, we didn't know how to store our luggage, nor could we buy ourselves some breakfast on Saturday. The music in the lounge area is too loud, makes it hard to use it for work or reading.

Very convenient location in front of the metro. Everything is new and neat. Good shower, decent-sized room, dependable wifi, free coffee. Helpful personnel. Small fridge in the room.
