Slightly let down by waiting staff at dinner - not at all attentive in taking drinks orders or getting them right. Rather have off the impression that they would have liked everyone to have appeared at the very start of service (presumably so they could finish early)

If you don’t book 1/2 board the evening choices for dinner in the hotel restaurant are very limited. The hotel is quite far away from the Main Street in the valley. So if you want to discover by car the environment count with longer drives. I would recommend regrouping the pictures to show clearly the facilities separated from the hotel rooms. Otherwise too confusing.

It has the flair of a ski resort hotel in Austria. And great sauna with beautiful view of the countryside and little village and outside heated pool. Excellent breakfast with lots of choices of fruit and special breads and good dinner. Staff was also friendly. Actually the hotel is better than the pictures. Rooms in the new building are very comfortable, except for the neon light. Less cosy than it could be.

I wish there were more options for meals at dinner other than just three choices.

Loved the breakfast, the pool and spa were very nice, however the pool could be a bit warmer. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful.

It was very expensive and it was not wat we expected. It wasn‘t clean, there was no airconditionning (while it was 32degre), we had a room under the roof, and had to walk 2 stairways (no elevator), and since our dog can not walk stairs, we had to carry him (he has 27kg) and the staff was very incapable. Nobody talked german. The food also wasn‘t very good. We were very disappointed.

Navigating around the hotel was really confusing. There were a lot of people, and it felt a bit like being on a cruise ship, with people walking around barefoot in the breakfast and dining area. Also, allowing kids to go wild in the pool at 7 a.m. wasn't ideal. And what's the deal with the 3.50 eco charge?

The drive up to the facility was on a narrow road. As an American, I'm used to the roads being large enough for two cars to pass through rather easily. But once at the resort, it felt very peaceful.

I thought the breakfast was fantastic. The dinner was very nice, even if the price was a bit high. The pool(s) were amazing, I especially enjoyed the indoor one because of the buttons that activated jets or waterfalls. Spa was sublime as well.

nothing - fantastic!

Absolutely amazing to stay at this place. Booked in the afternoon as a a hotel in the middle of nowhere only to discover it is a spa retreat. Sauna, amazing. Steam room, ok. indoor and outdoor swimming pools - marvelous!! This was the best hotel I stayed at on my motorbiking trip - made a sore arse whole again. What I couldn't believe was the price we paid - absolutely outstanding! (£66)

I could smell a bit of mold on basement level by the elevators.

Cellphone reception is non-existant.

Breakfast was a very large selection and the fruit was all fresh and delicious. Location amazing, everything clean and tidy. Great place!
