The Ambience, Cleanliness and Comfort was good and the location was very easy to find close to the railway station.

The room wasn't completely clean. There was a tissue behind my mothers bed's headboard. In addition, with the heat, as we were top floor, we would have liked it if there had been an air-conditioning.

Easily accessible, easy entrance even when arriving past the official check in time, large room, easy-going staff and regulations, good breakfast, and we got lucky with a bathtub.

I don’t have anything to say. I personally liked the place. Maybe I missed just the refrigerator in the room because I like my water cold.

Everything is really clear and the hygiene is at a very high level. The furnitures and the facilities are very old but they are very well maintained and I liked the place.

In was happy to be charged less than expected. It was a little outdated but fine for a 1 night inbetween locations.

Good/Calm location, if you like greek, adjacent to greek restaurant, 5min from many other ones (highly recommend italian Rusticana, great pizza !). Large room, clean bathroom, free parking though pretty busy. Helpful staff

We (a couple) got a room with two single beds just after some girls who got a room with a doublebed(they just asked for a room for the night) that doesnt make sense to me. The bathroom was very old, the lock on the door was broken on the outside (only visual) The curtains did not block the light out. Mattress was too hard for me but that is how it is.

A lot of spaces to park your car, kind staff in the reception, good areas for dining breakfast.

No curtains or shutters on the windows. at 6 AM was bright and hot like in the midday. Beds not possible to move. Soviet Union style shower.

No air conditioning, it’s been hot inside and noisy outside. In the bathroom the water doesn’t drain well.

Not allowed to pay the city tax with cash and when asked what happens if I don't have a card the response was you don't stay here. The hotel layout is very confusing. Not a lot in the area, no acin room.

The room was large and clean and the breakfast had a good selection. Free car parking on site.

Improvements could be made to the room, i.e water kettle for tea and coffee as the coffee machine and tea facilities are no longer accessible after breakfast. There could be a safe, as international travellers have valuables like passports.

We loved the breakfast buffet, the friendly service and the central location of the property. The room was a good size, comfortable and clean, with a renovated bathroom and view into the courtyard. Wireless connection was sketchy but this was easily overcome with hotspot connection. The property is directly connected to a great restaurant with excellent food options.

Our bathroom was a bit outdated. Just a bath with a showerhead at 100cm is not what we are used to.

It is difficult to get in touch with the reception, especially in the evening when it is practically inaccessible. Maybe it's due to the lack of staff like in many hotels.

Unfortunately we had made a wrong booking and had only given a one, there was no further problem in this regard and we were not charged. Thank you. The rooms are super clean and big. The breakfast was outstanding with an extensive variety of options. There were cakes, buns, egg dishes, and a plethora of other delectable items. A wide range of coffees and teas were available to select from. The ambiance created a pleasant atmosphere for sitting and enjoying breakfast.
