My son and I were hiking on the Malerweg (Painter's Way). This hotel is ideally situated, being just a short distance off the route. We received a very warm welcome on our arrival and were shown to our beautiful room. The food in the restaurant was (both for evening meal and breakfast) was excellent. I would definitely stay here again and thoroughly recommend it.

Everything was literally perfect. It Felt like all the furnishings, all the facilities and all the service had been organised with the Comfort and enjoyment of the customers in mind - from the windscreen scrapers in the Lobby to help clean the car from the fallen Snow to the device / book holder by the Side of the bed to the reward System for not requiring housekeeping every day when not strictly necessary and of course the incredibly efficient , professional and friendly members of staff. We absolutely loved it !!! Thank you, Sennerhuette Landhotel! We will certainly be back! :-)

NetherlandsThe only improvement is the beds. They are too soft for us. We slept pretty bad and woke up aching for 5 nights.
The staff is very friendly and went out of their way to understand us. We were talking poor German with a lot of English mixed in. But that was no problem! The hotel room is pretty big and has a nice, cosy vibe. It's very clean and the cute thing is: if you don't have your room cleaned for a day, you get 2 wooden coins. With these coins you can get free drinks at the bar. We had never seen that before. The food is good, big portions. The location is cool! Lots of things to see and you'll be walking an insane amount without getting bored.
