The parking. During busy times make sure you pre-book your parking. The food and drinks in the hotel are lovely but expensive

The location is awesome. The pool areas are a real treat. The sea view is stunning. The beach is a little less busy than the main Beaches.

Even though we had family room booked for 4 people - cups, dishes, bathrobes were for 2. hairdryer in our room didn’t work and it took long time for staff to find another one for us. Spa facilities didn’t have hairdryers at all - which was very strange and inconvenient. In Spa the Shower room in the only - for every body, quiet small and full of naked men and women, I don’t like that. Breakfast cost 100 euros for the family with 2 children (10 and 6)I think it is very expensive considering that we had very good dinner with the wine for the same price. During checkout staff tried to get extra money for our children staying with us even though we booked family room for 4 people. It took some time to figure out what problem.

Located in a very beautiful place. Family room was quite big and cozy with a sea view. Spa facilities were ok. It is possible to book parking in advance for 18 euros - it is better to do, because where is not much space for parking around.

Room and bathroom size. Everything was very small and tight. In addition, Unfortunately the pool was out of service due to a pipe burst. I selected that hotel in particular for its spa and pool facilities. I could only use the sauna and not as intended the pool.

I had complained separately in person as well as on their own review platform before making any public posts however, after one month, there has been no response. Upon arrival they had confused our bookings and it wasn’t prepared for three people just for 2 nor was the breakfast included as booked. Despite calling beforehand to make sure that everything was all right with the reservation. When we arrived, we asked if we could still eat something and reception said yes we can and we had still 15 minutes according to the opening times of the restaurant but when we walked over, they said no we already closed the kitchen. Either these are your opening times or they are not. Construction was going on and we were awoken at 7 AM. There was no information at time of Booking that there would be construction. Various amenities did not work in the hotel room such as my shower there was no water and it took a couple times asking for somebody to come. Order a salad in the restaurant for 8pm and add 815 it still was not ready. Breakfast was great with a lot of variety to choose from. However, your breakfast chef cannot interact with guest. He is rude and makes inappropriate comments. For nearly 300 Euros a night I have a different expectation

Location is truly great and on the upper floors, you have a great view. The restaurant was recently renovated and that is very nice as well as some of the rooms.

The housekeeping staff was neither German nor English speaking. The breakfast buffet was very day the same; we brought our own food for my child so that he had something to eat.

Drinks from the bar took a long time to arrive even though we were the only guests at the bar. It seemed like the bar man was busy preparing drinks for guests in the restaurant. When I asked for the wine menu, I was handed a menu for other drinks that did not include wine... Worst of all, I travelled with an elderly men who needs a trolley to walk. This hotel even though it is 5 stars and a lot of its guests are elderly, is not disabled friendly, not even slightly. There is no bathroom in the huge area of restaurant and bar as well as outdoor terrace. You need to take the elevators down and then walk quite some time (from an elderly persons perspective) to find the bathroom. Finally before entering the bathroom you need to climb up three additional stairs which proved extremely difficult for the elderly men I travelled with. Also in the lounge area there are some unnecessary steps. This is an old prestigious hotel and I cannot understand this. Please make this hotel disabled or elderly friendly.

The room is comfortable and there are nice views. The breakfast and terrace are nice. The location is very good.

staff tried to ignore you, they were arguing amongst themselves creating an unwelcome atmosphere. The facilities are a bit tired, scratches on the floor, greying towels, sink plug not working….
