Signage from reception to various parts of room accommodation could be more prominent and clearer rather than a stained piece of A4 paper. It would be good if sauna was automatically switched on as from noon even though available following a specific request to reception.

We have tried a number of hotels in the Starnberg area and this is one of if not the best from our perspective. All facilities were available and, given previous comments, even the car parking was easy. All staff were very accommodating irrespective if they were housekeeping, reception or involved with food. Room facilities were very good. Although stay was in June, with doors and windows open, although 'warm' on balance did not miss air conditioning as forementioned incuded insect screening present. Availability of beverage service all day was appreciated especially in the beer garden at this time of year as well as the welcomed opportunity to invite non residents for an evening meal. Quality and variety of menu available was outstanding for a stay of four days. May need to be revisited if staying longer. Staff service was outstanding even when busy. Who wants a speedy meal when on holiday? Leisure facilities were outstanding although expected sauna to be used without clothes. The pool water temperature was just right for this time of year. Will hopefully be returning within two months price and availability pending.

Parking is a struggle, I left with scratches in my car. I wish we got better soap, with better shampoo separate. Conditioner and lotion would have been nice to have.

The breakfast buffet is outstanding, including the staff.

The Staff are so friendly, they have changed our rooms so that we can be all together with my friends, and also they did us a favour and drove us the train station. I will highly recommend this hotel :)

Spacious premise, size of rooms reasonable, there is a nice restaurant at the hotel. The location is great just a walking distance to the lake. The facility also has access to bowling arena specially designed for children. It also a nice swimming pool, sauna and has pool table. We enjoyed our stay, thanks

We loved everything about this place. It was very relaxing and the service was exceptional.

Customer service and relaxation and total service was the priority of this Hotel. The manager was so impressive and totally devoted to ensuring that her customers were looked after and every need was catered for quickly. This service was amazing. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel to anybody looking for a wonderful time on the Bavarian lake

Didn't like is an exaggeration. However a comment to further improve breakfast offerings: I would have appreciated more options for hot breakfast and more options of fruits and vegetables

Overall some pretty grumpy staff - with some exceptions. There was no proper grocery shop in the village and the vending machine selling a few snack items at the hotel didn't accept my 2€ and insisted it was out of peanuts even though it clearly wasn't. The tiny village had two banks though. Which was kind of good since the local bakery didn't accept foreign cards and I haven't used cash in ages.

Beautiful location in a tiny village by the lake. Good restaurant / biergarten. Nice and big room. But no seeblick for me though. Good parking.

Some staff were grumpy and unfriendly but they were very few.

I swam most days in the excellent pool and used the Jacuzzi once or twice.Travel was difficult because of EasyJet's problems and my brother met us at Munich Airport, took us to Seeblick and drove us around for the next few days. without him it would have been difficult as Seeblick is remote and there is only one small cafe in the town. We took a bus to Tutzing to buy a razor for shaving.

Booked a junior suite with sea view, but we had one single very small window (it did face the lake). Furniture was pretty old, pictures of the rooms generally looked much nicer than reality. Therefore we also felt the price was too high for what we got.

Friendly staff at the breakfast / restaurant. Location is super close to the lake.
