Very clean rooms and hotel in general - good location close to the piste

Rude owner, made as feel unwelcome at times and isn’t the most friendly to his guests. Unsure what labels the hotel as three stars it’s a clean, basic 1-2 star hotel. Jacuzzi was broken and we weren’t told until we booked it.

Overall, everything was very good for the price. It’s a very quiet place, very clean, and everything was super comfortable. I also really liked that it was very warm inside.

Unfortunately, it was not very convenient that there was no kettle in the room; we couldn’t boil water.

The cleanliness, easy access. it's a compact structure where you can find everything easily. not much more to say.

The check-in was done by someone very unfriendly. No info given, no courtesy, not a smile. Simply straight annoyed I wasn't speaking fluent German.. the perfect person to put on reception desk. I asked info about Sauna and the conversation was simply terminated saying it's closed. Which wasn't true. The buffet dinner was very small and sadly arranged. No really a big variety in terms of food and pretty much no dessert, but at least the food itself was good quality and taste. Rooms very basic and small, but clean. Definitely not worth the price for my standards.

Very good breakfast with every day scrambled egg or omlette too choose. Location is 3 min with car from ski spot this is very big advantage also I believe you can go by foot. Hotel has acess to jacuzzi and sauna for private use for small fee which was our highlight of the stay😍We loved also special Capuccino with chocolate. We also want to say thank you to miss Lesya she made our stay amazing and was always helpfull and very cherfull. We hope to come back one day again.

All was perfect

The rooms were big and comfortable. The location was good. The facilities were clean. The breakfast was with a lot of options.

The manager (bald guy) was very rude. Lunch wasn't offered in the hotel, and even then I wasn't allowed to eat my own food in the dinning area. He was very impolite in the way of telling me is was not allowed. "I don't want this (pointing the food), no, no". Also, we reserved the sauna room, he made a mistake and book it for the next day. The other staff was nice and helpful. At the end they wanted to charge us for parking spot that we didn't use.

great breakfast (included) with fresh products and choice of eggs cooked at the moment. clean and comfortable room. The restaurant has a nice variety of dishes, and quality is very good and not too heavy (Kalbschnitzel recommended)
