No lift, the entrance was not proper signalized after the working hours.

The room was recently renewed, however the hotel was under renovation so restaurant was partially open. Located in a residential area so very quiet and peacefull

Breakfast options were extremely limited, with barely anything available. They began packing up 30 minutes before the official end of breakfast, leaving almost nothing to eat. As for cleanliness, the lights were dusty, but the rest was acceptable.

The price was good for the location and the quality of the room, which was conveniently close to both the city and hiking trails.

The floor in our bedroom was quite dirty and was not swept under our stay.

Well-positioned. Organisation and communication were easy. Gluten-free breakfast was given on request by friendly staff.

The owners are working hard to improve the property and they are making good progress. While some areas of the hotel require attention the rabbit warren of public rooms is charming and the improvements to the property did not adversely affect our stay.

A delightful hotel located in an area of small, one way streets. The restaurant is popular with the locals and serves excellent well priced food. Quiet and well maintained rooms.

Limited breakfast options. Breakfast was only available very early in the morning, especially on Monday.

Friendly staff. Straight-forward check-in and check-out. Clean and well-kept. Bed comfortable. Black-out blinds in rooms. Good shower and bathroom facilities.

No airconditioning in the hotel room and some other locations in the hotel which is not ideal on hot summer days. Breakfast was "ok". No elevator.

Big hotel room. Private parking near the hotel. Trier city center reachable by bus. 4km walking distance allongside the Moesel to the Roman bridge in the city center is possible when you first walk to the Konrad-Adenauer-Brücke. Nice hiking routes starting near the hotel.

    1. The room was extremely cold, the temperature outside was as low as -14C and the heating was below any logical minimum. I understand the need for energy saving, but this was just too much! 2. The room was clean during the check-in, but the towels had a wierd and pretty unleasant smell. During my 5 days of stay, they did not change the towels even once; 3. On Monday morning the breakfast finished at 7:30am! However, the booking information as well as the notice on the room door said it should have lasted until 9am. There were three of us that showed up at around 7:20am and we were not allowed to sit and have a quick bite, instead the lady told us to collect some food and take it to our rooms; this was very awkward 4. There is no elevator in the building and the stairs are very steep and slippery.

The room got a lot of light and the young man at the reception was very kind and welcoming

The hotel kitchen on the ground floor pours out onto the street very stench water. In the evening and in the morning. It was hard to stay in the room. Rooms without aircondition. Also hotels adverts parking places. When we arrived there were few remaining places but the access was not possible due to other guest car blocking passage. The staff refused to help. They directed us to public parking where there was no spaces.

Nothing. I was grateful for the relatively low-cost accommodation. The only thing that I could possibly find fault with was the journey from Kurenzer Strasse, Trier: if I hadn't met someone who lived in Trier on the Flixbus from Strasbourg who consulted his smart phone for me, told me which bus to take (Number 3), where to get off (Eisenbahnstrasse) and then which streets to negotiate - Im Spille, Sankt-Helenastrasse, Burgmühlerstrasse - I'd have struggled to find it.

The food in the breakfast room was good and wholesome. The food and drink, i.e. Benediktiner and Bitburger beer, Schützteller nach (auf?) Holzsteiner Art, etc., in the restaurant next door at night was excellent. The feel of the immediate surroundings was cozy and suburban.

There were no toiletries in the bathroom! No shower gel, soap -nothing at all. We were told that no rooms had any and that they were waiting for a delivery from Amazon - they had one delivery per week for these items from Amazon and Amazon was late! The breakfast was poor - very limited choice of most things - no cooked eggs (we were told that the "egg machine" didn't work and the staff had reported it to the boss who wasn't there at the time! Depressing place to eat breakfast. Parking facilities were poor. We had to move old furniture and bicycles to get our car in. We decided to leave early and were promised a refund. Three months later we are still waiting - we were told that the hotel had a problem with their bank account and when I emailed them weeks later to ask if they were going to refund us (as promised), I was sent a very rude email asking if I thought they were lying to me - they obviously were because no refund has ever been sent.

Nothing. Worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The cleaning staff were helpful.
