The location of the room was too close to a very busy road, so we were unable to keep the windows open at night due to noise and got quite hot.

We really enjoyed the terrasse at the top of the property, and we spent most evenings up here during our stay.

The hotel room was lovely and spacious, and everything was extremely clean. The staff were helpful and kind, even assisting with a late check in. Breakfast was very good. Hotel is in a beautiful spot.

The room was big and comfy. There was enough amenities for the stay. Parking is easily available. Our keycard didn't work when we came back late in the night, we called the receptionist and she came quickly enough to open the door for us.

Good hotel with all that’s needed; we got an upgrade and slept on the non-traffic side. It is extremely well suited for families with a dog as the city is easily reachable by bus and beautiful walks are possible nearby. It is also close to the university. Nice room downstairs to meet for families or groups; breakfast was decent.

The location was far from town. We had relatives locally who helped with trips into Trier, but otherwise, we might have felt stuck.

It's located a bit from the city centre, but you can easily reach it by bus (just 20 minutes). It was very hot in the room, but that was due to the high temperatures of last weekend.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great with a nice view. The hotel room was big enough, just like the bathroom. The bed was big and comfy.

Very nice hotel in the vineyards of Trier, enjoyable from the hotel's spacious terrace. The room was quite big with a tasteful interior, clean. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

The doors to the hallway on the first floor are not properly isolated - so we could hear everything that was going on outside, and that woke us up in the middle of the night. While the location is pretty, it's also semi-inconvenient if you don't have a vehicle. We had ordered a queen-size, but got two twins put together.

We liked the location, even if it's out of the way, it is a very beautiful area, with a lovely rooftop terrace. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was big, and of very high quality, especially for the price. Breakfast was fairly decent for the price

The double bed consisted of two single beds which move apart, this reduced the comfort.

The breakfast was very good and the coffee was great, however, lactose free milk would have been amazing. The location is great but due to the hill, walking back from town is more exhausting and longer than expected. However, the hotel is next to a green area with lovely paths to walk and with a view of the wine fields.

The room we got were really very big with kitchen and living room. Just like an apartment. Also they had good breakfast for a reasonable price. The staff were very good and customer oriented. Location is slight away from center but there is a us stop close by.
