We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The apartment is superb, everything you could possibly need is here. Margarete has thought of everything. The apartment is spotless and conveniently located for public transport to Trier and Luxembourg.

United StatesWe enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is beautiful and has all the conveniences of home. The owners allowed us to use their clothes washer and dryer which saved us from using a local laundry cleaner. The location was great for site seeing in historical Trier and visiting the wineries in Luxembourg. The owners were very friendly and did their best to make us feel welcome.

Everything. Most complete holiday rental we have ever had anywhere. The decor was great. It was bright and inviting. The apartment had everything anyone could want while away from home. It was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The hosts are very welcoming and provide for all your needs. You cannot go wrong by staying here.

United KingdomIt's hard to be critical as everything was there and so well presented and clean. A smart TV would be an enhancement as we could have watched Netflix in English, as we did in a couple of other places (my wife does not understand any German), but this will not be a worry for many other guests and there were plenty of games provided. I can only suggest one small enhancement to the kitchen (again this is personal to us). At home we always steam our vegetables so a steamer would have been handy. Finally, as brilliant as this place is - if you are no good with stairs, then maybe it's not the place for you.
We stayed at FeWo Grete for 4 nights, 2 at the start and 2 at the end of our 6 day cycle ride to Koblenz. The hosts are the most welcoming people who made us feel at home immediately. We were allowed to store our bikes in the garage and leave our bike carrier in there while we were away, we also left our car around the back of the house. The apartment had almost everything. The lounge area was comfortable, as was the bedroom. A lovely bathroom and a superb kitchen completed things, all in a really nice location with easy access the restaurants, bars and shops. It was great knowing that at the end of our 250 km cycling that we would return there. My favourite place that we stayed on our trip by a long way. I hope to visit again when we complete the other half of the River Moselle bike ride.
