The hotel is right on the edge of Munich, very easy to drive to, yet very easy to get a bus then train to the city centre. Hotel had a peaceful and tranquil location in some picturesque old buildings.

Great affordable hotel with clean comfortable rooms. Good Indian restaurant underneath and cute waterside location. Also some bakeries and other restaurants within walking distance. 30min drive to city centre and from airport. We used as an overnight location before heading onto Austria.

There want facilities to make coffee/tea when you woke up. Would be nice to have in the room rather than going down stairs and paying for a cup of something from a vending machine. Didn’t spoil the stay though. 🙂

A simple, no frills hotel which is good value for money. The Old Inn of Obermenzing is a two minute walk from the hotel and is a great place to eat. Easy to get into Munich.

I suggest to hotel In summer you must provide Air-conditioner bcoz in warm weather there is difficult to sleep in night. We felt uncomfortable to sleep. Everything else was fine. Thanks

Difficulty navigating the steps to our room with luggage, confusing on where to check in at first, small shower

The shower could have used a good cleaning with some Clorox. The bottom of the sofa especially was super moldy. The pull out sofa bed was falling apart — literally. Missing one of the brackets on the bottom so the mattress was V shaped to sleep on with part of it on the floor. When taking the sheets off the seams were even ripped on the cushions. Certainly there’s a budget to replace broken beds?

Location was great. Convenience of parking was great. Room was fun with an upstairs/downstairs. The real beds were comfortable (the sofa bed was falling apart and miserable to sleep on).

For some reason taxis and pizza delivery could not find us! We had to What's App the pizza delivery guy in order to get our pizza! could be due to our unfamiliarity with addresses in Germany but ... we were the 'invisible hotel' lol

Staff and amenities were excellent - we were very late for check in due to train travel and staff stayed late to check us in!!

Our room did not appear to be cleaned prior to our arrival. But overall it did not ruin our stay. Housekeeping came first thing in the morning.

The fan was a little broken so it was loud. As it was July it was necessary.

We loved that there was a family room. Those are pretty tricky to find where we are from and this was perfect.

The rooms were consistently quite warm, possibly because of the small refrigerator struggling to dissipate heat due to its casing. The cleaning was satisfactory, but there's room for improvement in consistently replacing toilet paper, and more frequent vacuuming.

The location is highly accessible, situated at the end of the "8" highway from Stuttgart. It's in Obermenzing, a serene and picturesque suburb of Munich, where you can find convenient stores like bakeries and supermarkets within a 500-meter radius. The rooms are spacious, and the staff is friendly.

The corridor areas were quite outdated and rough around the edges, the breakfast area was small, with a lack of selection, with replacement food taking an age to come out and less of something I didn’t like, more of an inconvenience, the check in was a walk from the hotel, in another hotel, the lack of signage made it confusing.

Lovely location, great decking area, nice restaurant in the other hotel and the staff were brilliant.
