The noise it is across from a train station and a busy road. There is no lift for those who have issues with climbing stairs. But handrails on both sides of staircase to assist.

Having an electric kettle would be useful.

Excellent location, close to the bus and railway stations but still only a few steps from beautiful town centre. A very quiet room despite the traffic outside. A bit crowded private parking, but always possible to find free space. Nutricious breakfast. Effective electric fan in the room. And last but not least - friendly and helpful staff!

Overall the hotel is really nice. The room was a bit old and smelly, also a bit dark. On the other hand, breakfast was really nice: nice variety, good tea, very cosy breakfast area, good service. Also I can mention small parking: it is rather small, and if you come late you might need to look for the place in the city.

The room we stayed in was a lot more dated than what was shown on the photos. The mattresses were on the older side, the bedsheets were pilly and rough.

The location is really fantastic, it is right opposite the main Pirna bus and train station but it is still quiet. It was perfect as a base to explore the surrounding areas by public transport. It is a short walk to reach the main center where all the shops and restaurants are. The breakfast was nice.

Really bad doors that let in noises from the corridor. We were woken up multiple times by other guests. Lighting in the room was not optimal, main light too bright, bed lights too dark to read.

The carpet in the room had a lot of stains. Many people would be using the hotel for hiking trips. Therefore it should ve harf to keep it stainless.

Best location. 2 minutes walk to the S Bahn Station and 1 minute walk to the big bus station. Hotel gives a Guest Card which costs 2 euro per day and with this card you can take any public transportation for free including the boat at the Stadt wehlen. Old city is just 10 minutes walk. By taking the bus you can go to Königstein and take S bahn to come back the hotel. From this hotel it is very easy to Malerwweg. I was sick during my stay and asked for a kettle. They lended me one. Breakfast was a good value. I recommend that too.

There was a smell of mold in the bathroom. I suppose because there are no windows, so it's difficult even with a ventilation system.

The price was ok, the room and the bed were clean and the shower very pleasant. I like how the room was organized. The hotel is very close to the train station (less than 5 minutes), but you don't hear the trains.

In the summer month it could be get quite warm in the rooms, but there is a Dyson fan which helps to cool down.

It’s the perfect location to discover the Sächsische Schweiz and as well Dresden or Meissen. It’s located opposite the train station. Even Pirna is a beautiful city and needs to be discovered. I also recommend a boat trip with the Weisse Flotte up to Bad Schandau. Amazing breakfast and lovely stuff 🥰

Not critical, just for your information: There is no elevator. There is no fridge in the room.

The location is amazing for people who use public transport: S-Bahn and bus stations just 5 minutes on foot. There is a road nearby but at night there are small amount of cars, it is quiet in the room. The beds are comfortable. The room is clean. The personal is polite. It is possible to leave luggage before and after the trip. We can definitely recommend it. It is possible to ask for an additional bed for your child. We were here in October.

The Parking was vey poor, not enough parking spots to all guests. Furthermore it was very hot during our stay but no cold water to get. Also no cold water for breakfast.

The Hotel was placed in Centrum closed to the old town with good restaurants. Okay rooms. During our visit it was vey hot and sunny weather so we missed air-condition.
