Francestrangely, the curtains in my room were not wide enough to fully cover the window. since I was on the ground floor, I felt like anyone ne could have peeped into the room, which made me feel uncomfortable. opt for a room on the upper floor if you are booking here.

MalaysiaThe Boss, im booking online and selected my option pay at the counter but during the stay the Bos accusing me of using false credit card and I show him the booking.com booking confirmation and Yes I’m correct he did not even say sorry. Not my fault as in the first place I already inform Im paying over the counter during the check in. In addition try to negotiate with the hotel to cancel my advance booking (paid) via Agoda which I had a plan changing 1 day earlier and seems they cannot tolerate. Understood on their policy but still feel disappointed. 🥲

SingaporeThe bed is very soft. Had a backache after 2 nights because the middle of bed slouched totally. Also, the reception didn't bother to tell us the charges for breakfast n simply said where breakfast will be almost like it was included in the room rates. That's rather misleading.
