Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

It’s the second time I cane to this hotel and never disappointed. The room was very big, clean and confortabile. The bathroom had big shower and bathtub, double sinks. Nice Soa and relax area, great for a winter escape. Free parking

SwitzerlandThe wellness center including thermal water pool was closed 21:00 so I couldn’t use after dinner. It was nicer if it were opened until 22:00.
Room was very cleaned. It was renovated in a modern artistic style. Breakfast was gorgeous . Dinner was beautiful and tasted good. Swimming pool was also cleaned and had modern artistic tastes. It was quiet and had traditional service like envelopes and letter paper and sewing kit and many bath mats .

ItalyThe room cost is maybe slightly too high, especially when we visited, which was out-of-season. We booked a dinner which was a buffet: a rather unordered business, with fairly careless guys handling the food (whereas all the waiters were perfectly OK) and food quality and choice not really up to the cost. As in most german hotels, the bathroom has no real doors (glass sliding), so that you have very little privacy. Some rooms are very far away from the reception and the restaurant, so that you need to take two lifts and walk a bit (just a marginal comment, though).
Very nice location, close to downtown. Free parking lot, although outside (and in winter it gets very cold). Very quiet room, with large and comfortable beds, with a beautiful terrace looking on the hills. Bathroom even too spacious. Staff very nice and friendly.
