There was no gym. The pillows were low quality.

Excellent location with a beautiful, well-maintained building. The interior is meticulously kept and spotlessly clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast.

A lot of noise from the street.

Lovely hotel in a central location. Very quiet at night - we deliberately chose a room to the side, rather than overlooking the market square, Our comfort double room was lovely, a really good size. The bathroom was very big too. All very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was great, lots of choice. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

I think this is typical of German hotels, but it’s so hard to get a cup of tea in an evening! No kettle in the room and I could only get one at the bar while the kitchen was open. But really this is a very minor gripe, and my only one!

The location and the kitchen are excellent.

Nothing special, client is not #1 at all

Client terribly ignored, I have never experienced far far like this style. Hotel or money machine? Paid extra top room, however the room temperature out vs. in very similar, January, round 5°C, kind od military excercise, no reaction of the hotel personnel. The breakfast with no beauty or invention, boring and all in all, my stay was a waste of money, lost one day in "als" prison cold condition. Wernigerode deserves more than this

Central location, attractive property all very clean and comfortable

Probably my own fault - I asked for a quiet room so we were given a top floor room which meant that there were height restrictions in parts of the room - banged my head a couple of times!

The hotel was warm welcoming and comfortable in a great location. The food was good.

We had only one meal that wasn't good because the food was outrageously over priced.

Excellent location. We had a view of Wernigerode Rathus from our window. Very clean hotel, delicious food and very kind and helpful staff at the reception.

Parking is too expensive in my opinion.

Great location in the main square. Very easy parking at the rear of the hotel. Room very comfortable. Helpful staff. The breakfast was excellent as was the dinner.

A longer walk from the station than we expected - but the hotel dircted us to the local bus back at the end of our visit!
