The facility is located on the route from Legoland in Germany to Italy. There's no need to go far out of the way. Telephone contact is possible, despite the automated messaging system. Appropriate price-quality ratio.

At 10 the code change you cannot enter !!! No good communication and very expensive for this small room

The location is very central. Parking wasn't included but the hosts were super fast in giving is helpful directions to a nearby free parking lot overnight. We booked last minute and everything went smoothly.

The price/quality ratio is fair. We had no issues .

Very nice large room.

Miserable organisation. Receiving no information re codes, I had to phone ( at 17h ) to gdt them. The e mail with them arrived at 20h.

The lights need to get more brighter, though its my personal opinion but rest are good.

The location is central and it was very convenient for our needs. Blankets were warm (compensating cool air in the room). The room, toilets and showers were clean. Acceptable for one-night stay.

It was cold everywhere: in the room, in the kitchen, in the showers. (The outside temperature was about 0°C in February.) Some dishes were dirty, probably, left by other visitors. There was no kettle when we came, it appeared next morning after I asked for it in a message. The frig was set to the coldest level and all our food was frozen in the morning. The tray for washed dishes has not been washed itself for a long time.

Booking online is superb even late at night

Great communication from owners, even if we didn’t see them. Great location. Shared areas were very clean.

The non smoking room smelled mildly of smoke. Bedsheets had minor stains on them.

The hotel is neat and clean. There is also a kinchen equipped enough to make a breakfast

The rooms are a bit big

The shared bathroom and shower were not so clean and some WC was close. The rooms and Corners are smiling dust. The room only bed, table, T.V and chair no closet.

Location is near the center.

The room was smelly and dirty, dust every where. There were hairs sticking on the bed sheets means they did not change it prior to my arrival, mattress was soggy. Not noise-proof, can hear traffic noise from the street.

Generally good offer for a price. There is a kitchen , shared bathroom is rather clean .

The room we were staying in is close to the exit. When it’s raining the water goes directly to the room under the door. It was definitely not the first incident of this kind as there is visible damage from the water in the bottom of the door. Such room should not be rented out until the issue is solved. Upon calling the host solution was not found unfortunately.
