The Ricci family made my stay here an absolute joy. I was only there for two nights, but they were always around to help, answer questions, and go above and beyond. The room was small buy comfortable, lovely and quiet just by the river behind. Breakfast was lovely too.

Everything was absolutely perfect.

A very friendly and welcoming family hotel. The owner spoiled the kids (and made their stay even more enjoyable), she even gave us cards to put in the kids pockets in case they are lost. The room was very clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was great. Only 10 minutes walk to Europa Park. We had such a great time during our stay in this lovely hotel.

A family-run hotel that provides great hospitality. They were very attentive to detail and very meticulous. We enjoyed our stay very much. Breakfast was great. If you are headed to Europapark, the location is also great, you can walk through in a few minutes.

No curtains in the shower, bad room was flooding after kids showered.

Excellent service. We have a great stay in the house and the family Ricci they were very nice even we had little longer to arrive they waited for us with a big smile on their face. Mr Ricci he is a typical Italian gentleman with a big heart and Mrs Ricci she is amazing charming lady who speaks many languages.

Traditional accommodation and perfect for a family of 4 for the one night or more.

We travelled here after visiting the Europa park having come from England. Traditional German accommodation right next to the river! The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Can’t rate the people highly enough as were so nice, would definitely recommend.

Perfectly clean, high quality fittings and finish, super comfortable beds, great shower, easy free parking. . We had family room 2 which was just perfect, great size, super comfortable for all. Really good buffet breakfast with a bit of everything. Location is fantastic for Europa park, 7-8 min easy walk. Above all though is the hotel owners, way above and beyond expectation, absolutely fantastic and so personal.

The facility stated that it clearly had Wi-Fi connection I spent most of my first day trying to work out the hotels Internet connection on my phone which caused me great disturbance as I could not use my phone to enter the park. Also the capabilities of having the Internet for my further connections was up most important to me. So therefore, I left the property and headed back to the railway station to find a hotel with Wi-Fi.

Very loud, the room was next to the street and you could hear the cars driving past and that was very annoying since you had to close the window to be able to sleep. As there was no AC that made the room feel like a sauna, i melted the whole night. Staff was friendly though, he fulfilled our request immediately.

Location and breakfast were decent. There was parking on the premises which is always satisfying.
