Super friendly abd professional team from the front desk, restaurant to the housekeeping teams. Location that offers amazing entertainment for children and grownups. Love the swimming pools complex nearby.

NetherlandsThe rooms won't be cleaned. That was a disappointment. The kitchen wasn't equipped. If you wanted something, you needed to ask reception, but the reason we booked was because of the kitchen. Lots of spiders in the room as well.

United KingdomBeds uncomfortable. We asked for an extra duvet so we could use it to lie on as mattress was too hard. Car park entrance and exit gate barrier did not work. Had to ask Reception via phone to lift it. Bedroom is very hot, Fan had issues, probably bearings are too old. Seriously needs air con as all the rooms face lovely sunshine. Shame door could not be tilted in lounge, just opens, no tilt. Boats run along the Rhine all night and can disturb sleep. If air con was fitted we would have left windows shut which would cure problem. The nearby town is a short walk but not too excited.
Scenic view of the Rhine Lovely breakfast Visit to Xanten was a highlight. Shame hotel does not have any information on the area and where to visit.

Great location right next to Rhein, close to Wesel town center. Very cosy and relaxing vibe in the park around the hotel. The room was spotless, spacious and well equipped. My kids had a wonderful time there. We will come back.

FranceBut some things are to be noted : 1) We asked in advance for a room with a nice view and we were given a room on the 1rst floor ! We had to insist for a better choice (5th floor). 2) The bed has a thick soft mattress topper which makes it uncomfortable to sleep. This is an inappropriate choice of bedding for a hotel. 3) During the night, the barges are making a significant noise. This is not a problem if the window is closed. But as there is no air-conditionning, this is embarrassing in the summer.
We were happy to find a hotel with such a nice situation overlooking the Rhine and the confluence with the Ruhr river. You just could spend hours looking at the barges come and go. Room is not big, but has all the expected comfort, including a fridge, The hotel as a garage for bicycles.

FranceThe rooms have no air condition. I was there during a week with high temperature, which makes it difficult to sleep well. The Wifi did not work properly. Constanly interrupted and so was the TV as well.
The environment of the Hotel (by the river) is fantastic, The Restaurant/Bar outside is really nice. Breakfast is excellent, with good and fresh choice. Rooms are very large. Parking space in front of the Hotel.
