Pillow was not very comfortable

Nice location, not far for the highway but in a quiet town. Perfect to cut a travel in 2. The person who welcolmed me at the reception was very kind and gave me all the information I needed.

This might be too individual, but pillows appeared to be too soft and no some extra (additional) pillow hidden somewhere in the closet.

For a one night stay it is quite a good place. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was above our expectations, breakfast was good. Room was clean, but felt a little bit old-fashioned. Nevertheless, it has everything we needed.

No A/C in the hotel and to be honest it was really hot and uncomfortable night. Large step out of shower which could cause a problem for anyone really as slippery floor could hinder you getting out. No tea/coffee facilities in room and no water either. No welcome pack for information.

Lovely Hotel in a small town near Koblenz. Nice big room ideal for a stopover or longer. Parking at the rear through a garage door to the right of the hotel. A few steps to get into reception but a lift to all floors. There is a restaurant and bar at the hotel but it is closed on Fridays. Nice little pizzeria nearby (serves only nonalcoholic drinks) but there is a bar called Herbys close by (both these places only take cash). The breakfast was good, continental style, and overall a nice hotel.

We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel, both of which were very good. The dinner menu had local dishes, which are worth trying. The hotel is in a quiet, rural village.

Nothing vegetarian on the menu, but they were able to modify a few dishes, so in the end it wasn't a problem.

Great location in a quiet suburb of Koblenz, close to Koblenz -Güls railway station, with direct trains to Cochem and Trier, and only 9 minutes to Koblenz main station. A very comfortable hotel, with a very pleasant room overlooking the square. An excellent breakfast and a very pleasant bar and restaurant, with really good value-for-money meals. I would not hesitate to return.

We had to swap rooms as the 2 double bed room turned out to be 1 double bed room, staff were helpful enough to sort the issue quickly

Everything we needed for a quick overnight stay, secure parking round the back for motorbikes was ideal and the bar was open till around 10:30

I loved the smart mirrors and the music you could play in the rooms. The beds were extremely comfortable the cute little town we were in was nice to see out the windows. The restaurant was cute but the breakfast was ok.

There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Also the bedding was like a flannelette and itchy against skin but hotel provided a Cotten quilt cover to use as a base sheet which made bed much more comfortable.

Location was fantastic easy access to shops and having a secure carpark included was a bonus. Deluxe 25sqm room was very comfortable. The restaurant meals were huge and delicious.

It was a lovely place to stay for a day trip in Koblenz, Trier, Cochem, and Luxembourg. We truly enjoyed the stay. The staff were very friendly, and they speak English. Food was good in the restaurant.

Very pretty location. Nice to see some local life & sample their food & locally produced wine. Nice breakfast. Parking on site. There is a bar/restaurant, but it was closed the night we were there, so we didn't get to try it out.

Pillows were not very comfortable

Good location in a quiet area near the river but away from the town centre. Excellent Italian restaurant nearby and good schnitzel at the hotel.

In wall bunk beds were nice but not built for an adult size teenager. Bottom panel of wood came detached from under mattress and the 3rd one in our party kept worrying that the rest of the bed would break. These beds should be reserved for children, and even then, beds may not be durable for very active children. There was one woman to do all of the hotel breakfast cooking, clean up, and table set up, and buffet items every morning. We kept having to ask for coffee cups, silverware, napkins, and also eggs and other food items that were empty. It was impossible for 1 person to keep up with the amount of hotel guests having breakfast. I felt bad asking for things and the last day I had to bother her 4 times for needed items to eat breakfast. This is too much for 1 person to manage. Parking should be advertised as street parking. Hotel parking is extremely limited. We arrived about 6pm first night and it was full. Man at reception said in 20 min people would leave from restaurant and there would be 2 spaces open. We were able to park that night but not the next 2 nights, and had to drive around the neighborhood looking for a places to park.

It was nice to have small refrigerator in the room. Bathroom was nice with large lighted mirror. Picture above bed of the Rhine was a nice touch, as well as the Bluetooth music option in the room.

Lovely building, easy to find with handy parking for the motorbike. There was a restaurant on site which served good food where the staff and customers were friendly. The town was nice for a quiet walk.

The walls are very thin and you can hear any small noise, also there was the smell that came from the kitchen.

The area was very nice, the parking was in the yard of the hotel, also from the room we could see the car, it was clean and good for a one night stay. It was a big bonus for us that they recieved us with our dog .

Wi-Fi was spotty. Like most hotels in Germany, there was no air conditioning. We were able to open the windows and there was a decent breeze. No fan in room. (Not a huge deal as the temps were in mid-high 60’s. However, summer temps would be unncomfortable.)

Great value. Room was small, but manageable. Complementary parking available behind hotel. The location was very convenient as we visited Burg Eltz the next day.
