We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThere was a way to the rear car park through the hotel and beer garden. This route was open in the evening, but in the morning to check out it was closed and locked. As I was slightly disabled it was not good having to go all the way round with my bags.
The breakfast was fine and there was plenty to go round. Parking was not clear but eventually found out there was parking at the rear of hotel.

United StatesHotel Restaurant Rothkopf was exactly what we needed. It is not marble and glass, but we prefer a smaller, well-run hotel to a chain. The location was great, the rooms were clean, there was a wide variety of breakfast choices, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We will gladly return the next time we are in Euskirchen.

AustriaThe breakfast was average. I would have liked more options and more vegetables and fruits. Also, when we came (always around 8:30) the warm dishes weren't available anymore. One time the staff was a little chaotic which made the breakfast a bit stressful unfortunately.
The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The room had everything you need and a bottle of water, instant coffee and tea was provided, which was nice.
