A small fridge in the room would have been useful but otherwise everything was good.

Breakfast needs improvement, boiled Eggs finiised and while asked for they replied it will take about 20 mins to get. Restaurant closes too early we had to go for Mc. D. at night 10pm as it was closed.

The breakfast was pretty minimal as far as European breakfasts go. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from old town either up stairs or along a road.

Really big room and bathroom! (Room 19) Probably double the size of any other room we stayed at on our trip. We wished we had stayed for dinner. Seemed quite popular. Loved being able to park for free right at the hotel.

The restaurant doesn't work at 21:00 that is not comfortable if you will arrive late evening.

I travel by public transportation. Hotel was a little inconvenient. Most guests had their own car.

For the money they charge, the service and breakfast quality were quite poor. There was no soap in the bathroom.

This is a proper traditional German hotel with a proper traditional German restaurant. Everything is very clean and really practical. The restaurant is very good, so I didn't need to think where I should go for dinner. My room had a balcony with fantastic view. I'm pretty sure that when I visit Füssen next time this will be the first hotel I will look for.

The room was comfortable and clean. We didnt have a view. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Location was about a 10 min walk into the town but easy to get onto walking trails, which we appreciated. Our evening meal was delicious.

Requested a room with balcony but none were available given Room 14. whilst clean and comfy was very hot. had one window which overlooked Road and car parking and was over some sort of refrigeration or air condition unit which was very noisy therefore had to keep window closed. uncomfortable hot nights

We stayed on 1st floor and heard quite a noise from above what is actually understandable as it is a wooden house with squeaky floors. Breakfast is very basic with very limited vegetarian or vegan options.

The hotel is located at a quiet location, it's very near the town centre. Also, it's a good starting point for visiting the castles.

Its a little thing but the restaurant and the hotel operate on different accounts so we could not charge the room and pay once and there is a surcharge for card payments. Again this is not a problem but had we known in advance we would have bought more cash (which of course like many we don't always carry anymore.

We arrived late after a long drive but the staff were quick to welcome us and ensure we were able to eat in the restaurant that evening even though the kitchen was close to closing. Good views and a large room with drink making facilities. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

Parking is small, with few slot. We had to park our car in a public parking with toll from 9 AM to 6 PM. Lucky we stayed ust for the night so we didn't pay.

Breakfast is really good and fresh. You can have coffee refill. We also had dinner there: portions are big and food is really tasty.

I wasted water trying to adjust the water temperature. Shower does not have a mixer so getting the correct water temperature could be tricky with the separate hot and cold water controls. No kettle in the room but staff was happy to fill my flask for me. Dated bathroom with brown tiles. Hotel restaurant accepts only cash. As I didn’t have much cash on me, I chose to dine at another restaurant the next day that accepted credit card. Hotel guests could be given an option to add their meals in their accommodation bill and pay with their credit card.

Location is on the fringe of the town centre, a 10mins walk from train station, and at the beginning of nature trails to nearby lakes. Because of its location I had be opportunity to explore the beautiful area instead of staying within the town centre. Welcoming and friendly staff. Charming ceramic tiled heater and homely decor in the dining room. Second floor single room had balcony and nice mountain views.

2 of 3 days of our stay the management was out (Ruhetag) We didn’t get a Gästekarte, which would have provided free bus rides. Still, we received a refund for our ride to the castles. Small room, especially bathroom, all a bit aged Limited parking space at the property
