Our bed was not good, way too soft / outdated. Perhaps it's better in other rooms, so good to check when you enter your room.

Great stopover location, loads of space and facilities (we used the pool!). Next to this it's kind of funny, but also nice to have the rooms close too the elderly people living in the same building and using the facilities. We had dinner, which was of good quality, especially for the moderate price. Breakfast was good, and it was nice to sit amongst some of the elderly people, having a short chat, which we think they appreciated. Parking easy, close to the highway so we could continue our trip again next morning.

Sofa bed was more comfortable than the 2 beds in the bedroom. No AC on hot days was challenging. We kept the windows open and since the room faced the main road it was noisy all night. They charged an extra 6 € for kitchenware. It was not mentioned on booking. The place seems like an old people home......

The apartment is spacious with a big bathroom. Parking space provided as promised.

We were only 2 but sofa-bed was already made ready and it was taking all the space in the room. Reception at checking was good, but at checkout, it didn't feel friendly.

There was a kitchen in the room but no cutlery or nothing. Poor pillows.

Breakfast was ok. Spacious rooms. Hotel is some sort of elderly people’s residence where they can live as a community and they get some sort of services. Don’t be surprised to stay in nursing home

There was constant drilling in other rooms from 9-11. It was very disturbing for our baby whose nap time is between 9-10

Very comfortable and spacious two room apartment with a bedroom and living room in the latter a large sleeping sofa, also large bathroom and separate kitchen ( equipment on demand) in a house very near to Hamburg Zoo and U Bahn station, the building surrounded by a green and quiet area, there is a restaurant and bar inside, and a large swimming pool in the basement with a window facing the garden, friendly staff

No Airconditioning, so rooms can become little hot. No kettle in the room. But I could get hot water from the restaurant.

Great staff, friendly. Clean apartment, great pool and nice location. Also car parking is available. I arrived earlier and I could already check in which I appreciate. Excellent WiFi . Soundproof rooms so rooms are really quiet. Nice and spacious bathroom.

Not having any plates, teaspoons or equip.ent/facilities for boiling water, cooking or simply eating! A few basic plates, bowls, cups, spoons etc are surly not a large costly outcome

As we arrived late and it was dark, it was a bit challenging to find the hotel's parking lot.

We had the number with the kitchen. Even when we arrived late, there was an administrator at the reception.

Directions to the hotel on Google were poor and ended up sending us to the wrong place. The receptionist was quite rude when we arrived from the wrong section of the hotel. Which was clearly not our intention. The remainder of the stay was pleasant.

Nice spacious apartment style room. The beds were comfortable and there was ample room for a family on pull out sofa beds. The breakfast selection was excellent and there was lots to choose from. There was fresh towels for the swimming pool and leisure area and the pool could be used for a short time after checkout. Which was very convenient.

There should be double beds in the facility instead of sofa bed , the quality of the mattress is okay for 1 day but if staying for longer then not super good . I other room there are 2 beds which are OK but then you can not sleep with your partner

It was absolutely clean, the location is next to the zoo and very close to the metro and daily shopping is just across the road. Parking is free in the closest parking space however it could be a bit risky to find it it if you are reaching late in evening else you need to park in basement parking which is 12 euros per night

Wi-fi was too weak in my room (509), maybe better at other rooms. I was expecting an iron and the ironing table in the room, but none. Kitchen has one stove, but no utensils or cutlery. Toiletries were very simple, only washing gel and bathing gel.

The hotel is close to U2, thus easy to reach anywhere in the city directly or with one connection. Very spacious rooms indeed.

While there was a kitchenet , it could be stocked with a few more utensils to make it appear more useful.

Convenient to train station and local sports facility we were attending. Sharing facility with retired people was a novel way to have a profitable use of the building, I liked it. Breakfast was a great selection of delicacies, and one day we had to leave super early , around 6:30 , and the staff prepared a great lunch bag for us, at no extra cost. Pool was nice and several of the times we went there we were the only swimmers.

One evening a very noisy group moved into the room next to ours. They shouted until 3am so loudly that we couldn't sleep. A phone call to the reception didn't help.

Comfortable apartment, consisting of two rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. Dishes and other kitchen utensils - for an additional fee of 6 euros. Cleaning is daily. There is a swimming pool and a restaurant, but we did not visit. There is free ground parking and paid underground parking.

The staff at the restaurant seem to be a bit stressed and mean. It also feels like the place is more designed for elderly people.

The kitchen is functional, but totally empty (without utensils, plates, microwave, el.kettle), but you can loan kitchen pack (we didn't try). Some information is hard to get: the reception desk is very helpful, but they can't provide information about all available facilities.

Location is very good, just few minutes from line U2 metro. Breakfast was good, staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Swimming facility is on-demand (included in price), opens with apartment key. All facilities are handicap friendly.
