We only spent one night here, but met with some really unhappy staff...came in the evening and explained that there is no parking space...that would be OK, but when asked for help it felt I am abusing receptionist time. Came to restaurant in the evening where there was only one member of staff and can't even explain the facial expressions of her, when we arrived. Totally understand being busy but behaving like its quests fault that is simply sad. In simple words, heavily understaffed.

upon our arrival we wanted to drink a draft beer, but the bartender said they are closing. Then 10 minutes later we saw he is tapping the beer for others.

I asked to purchase a bottle of water after I arrived. The gentleman behind the desk was not very friendly and told me it costs $6.50 Euros for a bottle. I paid it because I didn’t have another option but believe that is outrageous for a bottle of water. The next day I bought two bottles of water and two beers at a store nearby for almost the same price.

The small parking area which fills up very quickly. Underground car park is available, but rather pricey. There was only one barman at the bar, and poor guy was rushed off his feet. Trying to make drinks for the bar AND for the hotel restaurant, AND a separate lounge... way too much work for one person. Unfortunately no snacks were available at the bar.

A very comfortable hotel, near a large shop, in a quiet residential area. The receptionist (Michael) was exceptionally nice and helpful. Tram stop is just around the corner. Loved the large windows in the room. Comfortable bed and bathroom. A bit dated, but still very nice, welcoming hotel. Would stay here again, and hopefully will!

The only problem was that we booked a double room and the bed was really two single beds put together and there was no "connector" to keep them together, so they were moving apart all the time.

Good breakfast, big, comfortable beds. The hotel is not a new one, but everything is very well maintained, clean and working well.

The pillows in room were terrible - luckily I had a twin room so used the spare quilt and other pillow to boost my pillow. The bar area closed really early and the outside terrace to the front was not opened throughout my stay despite exceptionally hot weather. There is also no air con so I left French doors open throughout the night

The size of the room is good for one or two persons. Also the furnitures are so good.
