- the breakfast is quite pricey at 25€ - the room generally felt clean, but there seems to be an issue with the picking up of hairs: the decorative pillows placed on the bed had so much hair from previous guests, the fabric headboard also had so much hair from previous guests, and there was a hair on the sink counter - the windows in the bedroom & bathroom on the ground floor (101) pretty much run the length of the room and they open right into the street, which means the curtains must always stay drawn and the windows closed or at most, tilted — it would be much better if the windows were frosted, so that the curtains could be drawn back and natural light could be let into the room, but passers-by could not look in - there appears to either be no ventilation in the bathroom or the ventilation fan isn't working, because the steam & wet from the shower stays in the bathroom, drips down the cold window panes & even comes into the bedroom. Opening the windows isn't the best idea, because passers-by walking just on the other side of the windows can look in. Not the best when showering or using the toilet or brushing one's teeth - we went in early October and the room was so incredibly warm. The air conditioning was already changed from summer to winter mode, so there was no way to cool down the room unless we open the windows, which would mean less privacy due to the room's ground level, right-by-the-sidewalk location

- phenomenal location: right by the beach, a stone's throw away from Alexandrinenstraße & Am Strom, an easy walk to the train station & grocery store (Edeka) - very comfortable, modern room (looks precisely like the photos), that was always a pleasure to wake up in & return to after a day's activities: the bed was large & exceedingly comfortable (one could easily climb in & out without one's partner even feeling it), the provision of a beach bag with large beach towels was a very clever & thoughtful touch, the handwritten welcome note was really lovely, and the fruits & non-carbonated drinks being on the house was much appreciated - the bathroom was our favourite part of the room: it felt so luxurious with a large backlit mirror, modern shower fixtures, huge counter, enormous shower area and everything just being on one level surface (no stepping up or over any raised shower boundaries, etc.) - the front desk staff were exceedingly friendly & helpful

The Bed Pillows are simply TOo soft - if we were to stay longer, i would have requested for firmer pillows. Otherwise, they still rendered us 2 nights of comfortable sleep.

Fulfilled our main purpose of visit - to relax, get easy access to the beach, to pamper (thru Spa), easily walk around restaurants and shops, comfy Bed. Beautifully written postcard with welcoming fruits and drinks definitely gave a good impression about the hotel

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Everything about this hotel was fantastic, especially the kind and knowledgeable reception staff. They were great at orienting us to all of the special perks (free mini-bar in the room, free hot drinks, pastries and fruits in the lobby) as well as providing detailed written instructions for how to get to the bus station upon departure. They made us a dinner reservation and were kind and available whenever we needed help (as when our bus was 3 hours delayed!). The hotel itself is clean and new, with excellent shower, balcony with a view and comfy beds. The saunas were a wonderful retreat when it rained. Location can’t be beat and allowed for an early morning quick dip in the sea, just across the pedestrian walk.

The bed was a bit hard but okay for me. My room was on the third floor located on the east side. There is a steady deep noise coming from the roof, maybe a big fan. I could sleep though without plugs.

Very modern and clean. Non- alcoholic snacks and drinks for free. Lots of power sockets. A filled wine cooler. Coffee maker and tea, fresh fruits. I didn’t had the breakfast but it looked nice. Big tv and good wifi. You can switch of the fridges for the night. Very nice bathroom. Friendly staff.

Klimaanlage fungiert nicht!!! Ungefahr 25 graden in Zimmer. We were told to open the balcony door. Okey, but at five in the night it was extremely noisy. Fruhstuck 👎 Empty for cups. Problem with hot water for tea. The breakfast looked «old» We booked this room because of a high score and because of the «klimaanlage». We were really dissopoinred!
