The beds were very soft. The design of the cabin is nice but there is not much privacy due to large uncovered windows

Cabin was quiet and clean. Plenty of space for us. Good shower facilities and kitchen. It’s a lovely location within walking distance to the old town.

No water cooker/kettle in the room, no bottle of water or any vending machine available. I mentioned this also at check out as recommendation: I arrived past midnight and didn’t „even know where I am“ … a bottle of water in the room would have been nice.

I was expecting Room Service, as advertised in Booking. They don’t have that option. The restaurant closed at 22:00, but at 21:45 kitchen and cashier were already closed; so one had to plan accordingly.

Breakfast was very average and the restaurant was not very disappointing.

The bed was really comfortable and the shower was amazing. It was close to the motorway which would have been perfect if it were not for a diversion past roadworks. The location was quiet and peaceful.

Nice hotel, nice decorations. The room is big, comfortable and clean. They have a very nice restaurant with outdoor. The food is great and not so expensive. Employees are really nice. I recommend.

The bed is far too small for 2 people Soap and shampoo dispensers were empty, but that's the first thing the cleaning staff should check. It shows some lazyness. We didn't like the strong emergency light in the bathroom which glows through the glass door. Customers need darkness to sleep, it was too light in the room.

During my stay the road to the hotel was closed with "no entry" sign without any remark that hotel guests or residents are excluded. So after driving around and realizig that there is no other road, I finally decided to violate the "no entry" sign and reached the hotel. Unfortunately the hotel main door was closed. After 360° walk around the building and call to only German speaking person, I had to wait 15 min for gentleman to come. ...gentleman appoligized for inconvenience and was generally supportive. I was not in a time pressure, so no problem, just a little adventure not so common these days ;-)

limited selection at the breakfast dogs allowed in the restaurant area - dangerous and unhygienic! dirty plates at the breakfast - every day :-( Rooms were too small for 1 adult and 2 kids Parking was free but always full Fan in the bathroom didn't work so after 3 people showering, the room felt like sauna

Parking is a bit crowded, so sometimes it was hard to find a spot. The glass wall in the dining area didn't have any blinds or curtains which made me a bit uncomfortable.

We were staying in a Chalet Deluxe, which was exceptionally clean, spacious and tastefully furnished. I loved the floor heating on the ground floor. The heating was easily adjustable, so the whole place was warm enough. There was a washer/dryer in the bathroom that came in handy because we were travelling with children. The kitchen was well-equipped with a hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee machine.

the room smelled like tobacco , probably the mattress, there is not a single cup in the room for guest so you have to drink water directly from the toilet tap . the breakfast is LOUSY , a single dish to each guest , which clearly was prepared de night before
