Hotel Restaurant was a bit disappointing, As a guest (JR Suite - 2 nights) I could NOT select my own dinner reservation time. Was told 6PM only. Took this reservation and then was told 1st two menu items I wanted (pork knuckel and Schwein braten) were already sold out. Service by waiters (one in particular) was rushed and frankly, rude - pretty aggressive. Got me (and my guest) off guard. Only trip during my 2 week stay (Germany/Austria/Italy) - where I felt rushed to hurry up and eat and free up the table, with minimal menu choices available.

Perfect location, prompt helpful staff. Junior Suite excellent - home away from home. SPA free amenities as guest most amazing!

Room a little noisy from street traffic but quiet in early morning. Good value although didn't pay the extra Euros for A/C or extra days of reserved parking.

This is a beautiful hotel in a perfect historic mid-town location. Staff at both the hotel and the restaurant were always helpful and friendly, answering cultural as well as touristy questions. The breakfast is generous, thr bathroom was large, clean and had a great shower.

We loved the location and our room. The highlight was the Turkish man that brought us by golf cart to and from our car for parking. He was so happy, kind and helpful. He is a huge asset to your hotel. We also had a very friendly waiter when we ate dinner our last night, and the front desk was helpful with parking and storing our luggage. I strongly recommend your hotel. We would love to come back again some day.

The only thing I could mention right now is that when I stayed you had to pay 5 euro for the AC. Thankfully it was May and I could open the window to let the cool air in, but I expected the AC to be provided in a 4 star hotel. Plus the reception isn't 24h, so they can enable your AC only when they work.

The location is right at the center, besides the cathedral, so if you're looking for a place around the center, it's exactly the best location for it. The breakfast was very good and it came with the room. It looks like a real medieval inn.

Charming hotel in the centre of Rothenburg - very close to the main square. Rustic interior, beautiful clean rooms. Friendly welcoming staff. Nice breakfast. Cosy beer garden. Parking (5 minutes walk from the hotel - or 1 minute ride on the hotel golf buggy) worked well.

There was no single thing we did not like about the property.

Everything. This is a place with a soul. Perfectly located in fairytale village of Rothenburg ODT. From Outside, it is a very historical building. When you are in the restaurant and common areas it still is so but in the rooms, the rooms have been soooo well reconstructed and refurbished that you have thw comfort of today but the soul is still there. The breakfast was sooo good. Restaurant area is also so lovely. The staff is so cheerful and make you will in the time macine with all the traditional clothes.

The breakfast was not very good at all. We paid a lot of money for one night , but also had to pay an extra € 14 for parking . That was very surprising to me.

The location was great, and it was very clean and cozy.

A fan in the room would have been a good idea, as it was quite warm when we were staying.

This a beautiful, traditional hotel. The room was spacious and well appointed. The breakfasts were great and the restaurant and weinstube were excellent. I particularly liked the cosy atmosphere of the weinstube on our first night. The food was probably the best in town.
