The bed was so incredibly hard that I had trouble sleeping on it.

Mildew in the room, missing curtains. After a complaint, the room was changed without any problems. But offering a room with mold on the ceiling is below any standards.

Hotel is getting dated and could use a renovation in places. Getting in the shower is really awkward and frankly dangerous. Very easy to slip and fall. One of our windows didn't close properly, since weather was good (no storm or rain) it wasn't an issue, but just another thing that needs some work.

Great location, a local shopping center with lots of small stores is directly across the street and access to public transportation is in easy walking distance. Little amenities like the grab to go sweets and water is also great. Free drinks in the room is also great.

However, the floor in the room wasn't cleaned thoroughly. There was an unpleasant smell in part of the breakfast area, which could benefit from more frequent ventilation.

We arrived around 22:00. We had a little wait but got a room which, unfortunately, had not been cleaned. We had to wait a little longer to get a new room.

Our son was staying here for several nights. We joined him for one night. The cleaned room was comfortable. We liked the location as it was very quiet and only about 15 min walk from the train station. There were a few bakeries nearby for breakfast. We had only one step, if I recall correctly, to enter the lobby. Since my husband uses a cane and a mobility device, we found this to be acceptable.

Expensive breakfast not included, but must be reserved and paid for beforehand. After realizing I needed to cancel one of the breakfasts, I attempted to have the charge refunded. Pretty much impossible.

Modern hotel, quiet suburb of Munich. Train station was a ten minute walk. Cozy community with shopping, restaurants, grocery store, etc.

The breakfast was great with lots of options and good quality. The staff was accommodating and spoke excellent English. The overall area is quiet with available buses and a train stop just 10 minutes away (by walk).

Few things if added to the room would make it great like an electric kettle to make tea , coffee , some cups etc. Also, pillows were too thin. Also, it’s a bit far from the city center but it’s understandable for the price.

Good sized and clean rooms. Great value for money in Munich specially at Oktoberfest time. I was worried about check in process after reading all reviews but we didn’t face any problems and it went smoothly. Lot of cafes and restaurants just outside the hotel.

The rooms lack air conditioning, so they can get very warm when the sun hits. The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but since I was there for a concert nearby, the location worked well with a bus stop close by. However, for exploring Munich, the commute might be too long. The check-in staff seemed a bit unprepared to assist foreign guests. They attempted to charge me twice for my stay, apparently unaware of the automatic currency conversion feature on the card machine. It would be beneficial if they received training on such a basic aspect.

The hotel has a nice decor, it's modern and looks new. The room is quite spacious.
