Perfect base for Europa Park - a short walk away with bakeries en route! Excellent value for money. Very comfortable and large bed with separate duvets - I’m led to believe this is common in Germany - the UK should take note!

The lady who checked us in was not a trained receptionist, which wasn't the issue. The issue was that she couldn't go 2 minutes without checking social media, while I had been on the phone with the responsible person. That struck me as unprofessional.

The room was beautiful, big, airy and clean. You had everything you needed and the little personal touches to the room really made our stay special. Quiet neighbourhood, but still within walking distance from the Europa Park. Lovely view on the little river.

Great location for a visit to Europa Park, which was a short walk away. Breakfast was excellent and a nice touch to have a small bottle of sparkling wine and chocolates on arrival. Parking was good, and there’s a choice of bakeries and restaurants within five or ten minutes’ stroll.

It would be nice of there were reading lights by the bed.

Immaculately kept small guesthouse-style hotel. We had a family suite, which was two massive bedrooms and a huge bathroom. We had doors that led onto our own bit of the peaceful garden, with the pretty river flowing past. The hotel was 10 minutes walk from the bus stop and Europa Park gates, 5 minutes walk from a decent selection of restaurants, and 20 minutes walk from Rulantica. Good coffee, tea, hot water and hot chocolate available 24/7. Excellent buffet breakfast, supplemented by choice of eggs cooked to order.

No air conditioning was a bit of a shame but a temporary fan was put in the room as a replacement, shower space was a bit limited but still fine!

The bed was really comfortable, the location was nice with quiet surroundings, the lake next to it was a nice morning view also! Bed and towels were looked at each day along with the water refilled as a nice touch!

This hotel was incredible! Firstly, the administrator was very kind and friendly. Secondly, the room was spotlessly clean and full of natural light. The hotel is located in a quiet, peaceful area. There is a beautiful hotel terrace located by the river, where you can enjoy free coffee or tea while relaxing in nature and silence. When we checked in, a lovely surprise was waiting for us – a small bottle of champagne and two candies. These little touches make your day even more special! All the staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We were also allowed to leave our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which was very convenient and appreciated. Thank you very much!

I liked everything to be honest! However, if I was nit picking, it would have been nice to have a little kettle, mugs, tea/coffee etc in the room. There is a coffee machine downstairs, but it's always nice to have a hot drink when you wake up.

Although, the apartment was clean and neat there was an odor in the apartment. The odor was like a musty/body odor smell. There was also no a/c unit and it was very hot and humid during our stay. We had to open that window for the heat and odor. The full size bed was very comfortable but the two twins put together were hard. A fan would be a nice touch to help with that heat as the weather increases for the summer months.

The hotel room was small but very efficient for our family of five. The room was clean and neat with cute decor. We loved the large shower and the owner provided a good amount of towels for a large family. Check in was easy and efficient. The location is great and is very close to Europa and Rulantica.

The electricity went out in the night, so our phones didn‘t charge but we told the staff and it was fixed in a few minutes.

We had so much space! Room 9 was definitely a win. Also the breakfast was great.

We had a gigantic room with a sauna included. I liked our stay there, but found it a bit awkward to have no one there at reception, but it was still a smooth check in. Free parking was great. A 5 min drive from rulantica. Good value.

This is a family business. Run by an amazing lady. We arrived after a long day at the park. Rooms were ready with a bottle of rosee wine and chocolate in each of the rooms.well heated. Warm water. Nicely decorated. 5min away from the park. Price is very fair. Breakfast was also great with omelettes, salmon, cheeses etc... everything you need. The spirit inside is amazing. Good vibes.

This was my fifth time staying here and has become part of my Europa Park routine. Comfortable beds, excellent breakfast, super friendly staff. Happy to look after my suitcase all day so I could visit theme park and checked in at night time. Short, flat walk from Europa Park. Drink and snacks vending machine and free tea and coffee all day and night.
