I thought the breakfast was somewhat limited especially the hot options, be prepared to pay for a car park. Not english channels on tv at all, not even the news.

We stayed at this hotel for one night only. We found the hotel clean and comfortable, had a good night rest. Hotel is in a close proximity to a motorway. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay there again.

I traveled with my wife and three kids (ages 7, 4, and 4). We only needed one executive room since each room had two double beds, which would have been sufficient for us. However, the booking system required us to reserve and pat for two rooms

The hotel feels quite tired. Various things didn't work or were broken (a mirror in the bathroom, taps that are difficult to use), and the carpets in the halls are a bit stained, but our room was clean enough.

The staff were friendly, especially the guy in the breakfast room. Plenty of parking.

Check in far to frustrated

Check in was ridiculous, one member of staff and a queue of 20 people. At that point I had been awake and working for 18 hours. It is not acceptable

Ugly, unkempt exterior. Restaurant was out of several dishes. Table service was unengaged and not interested in us.

It was a little challenging to find and parking area for checking in was small and hard to navigate. You had to check in before you could get a ticket to activate the gate for over night parking

It was your standard Windham chain hotel. Good buffet breakfast. Receptionist was very nice and helpful.

The remote to the TV in room 024 didn't work even after stephan gave me new batteries to swap. I also suspect dieseltheft during the night on the front, payed, gated parking lot. I was promised an update after camera review nut was never contacted again.

The toilet is really hard to flush. With a weird button, with a sticker that says to press it firmly. We did. Still no flush. The beds are quite small 120cm. Wouldn't call that a double bed. Luckily they brought an extra bed for our daughter. The carpet in the corridor is filthy. There is no fridge or mini bar.

The staff really did their best to meet our needs. We came here for a wedding so stayed only one night. It's fine to rest your head. It's located right off the motor way, which was convenient for us.

Toilet had a smell in the room, which was not nice at all. Shower gel had a nice smell though, which compensated a bit. Receptionist was not professional at all at the time of the checkout. She wanted us to pay for the breakfast separately. When i told her the room price included the breakfast for all 3 of us, she argued that i still should pay for our child's breakfast. When i refused it, she called her colleague (who looked after the breakfast buffet), she came to the reception and agreed with us. The receptionist lady did not even apologized and she was not happy that i did not want to pay (extra). I did not like this approach at all. Check in lady was kind and professional. Also, when we arrived, we looked for the swimming pool, because it was stated on Booking.com, but we were informed, that they do not have it anymore. It was very disappointing.

The waiter was very nice and attentive. He mixed a perfect aperol soda for me. Dinner was served quick, considering they had a big group the other side of the restaurant. Breakfast was good, although i would have expected a bit more pastry selection.

In Germany, we often encounter challenges with limited English proficiency, making communication difficult and potentially frustrating after a long journey from other countries. In this case, we had a dispute over the queue when a German man attempted to cut in line, despite it being clear that we were waiting to be served. The lady at the reception could have managed the situation by making it clear to the man, but she preferred to be indifferent and watched as the discussion escalated between us. Another colleague stepped in to calm down the man who wanted to be served first. The situation was just ridiculous and embarrassing. Another negative fact is that during the travel towards the hotel we called several times but nobody answered the call, we were calling with a no-german phone number so we assumed that they refused to answer the call because "non german" speakers or they simply dont ´t answer calls.

Could do with some small upgrading / renovation. Cleaning staff was rude, marching into rooms without knocking in the morning.

Nice spacious rooms in an older stylish hotel. Close to highway and very easy to access which is why we chose it.

The hotel is dated and in need of an update. It would be nice to have AC or at least a ventilator for hot summer nights.

We stayed at Wyndham for a 1 night stay. It's okay for that purpose. The rooms are large and fairly clean. Easy access by car to the middle of Kassel city and easy access from the highway, A7.
