Very close to the central station, U Bahn station and other necessities

Centrally located, clean room and friendly staff

The bed was comfortable and the bed sheets were new and clean U-Bahn was in the front of the Hotel - you can see it on the window

The hotel amenities were not provided at all - I didn't receive slippers, I didn't receive soap, I didn't receive shower gel/anything related to this. There was only a soap dispenser that was re-filled - so other people touched it. There was no drainage in the bathroom, only in the shower, and the shower door couldn't be properly closed, therefore the bathroom was full of water and I was supposed to clean it with a towel. The bathroom door was heavy and it was closed by itself and I had to put a trash bin to keep it open - as there was no fan or window and it felt like a tropical jungle inside the bathroom after a shower. The window could be opened only 2 cm and the hotel room had no fresh air inside because of this, I tried to open the AC because it was too hot inside, but even if I put the AC to cool the room - it gives only hot air! You could leave the luggage after check-out in a room - you get a card with a number and you have to provide the card back to the receptionist and she/he was supposed to check the number from the card and give me my luggage - but there was not the case - the receptionist let me enter in that room and get my luggage (I COULD GET ANY LUGGAGE I WANT - and she didn't checked at all) The check-in took over 30 minutes - the receptionist didn't know English and he was very slow. They don't clean up the rooms if you don't request it until 12 PM next day - the reason is funny - something related to protect the environment - but this is just an excuse. There was no fridge in the room, this is the first hotel/apartment that I see in over 10 years with no fridge. The TV was blocked in a hotel mode but in a very bad manner - like you couldn't set the volume after a specific level, you couldn't change the audio tracks for the channels, and it had only some FTA satellite channels, the TV wasn't smart, just an usual old TV. There was a kettle inside the room, but no coffee, just some tea.

Location is good, close to city center, public transport and a shopping center.

Breakfast is to be improved. Parking is additional 26€/day fee. No phone and refrigerator in the room (you must walk down to the reception if any issue arise).

The location of the hotel is very good. The shopping center is nearby. Also, they make very delicious pizza in the hotel.

When you arrive at the hotel there is no parking in front of the hotel, only in the surrounding streets where there is no space. The room has little space for clothes, no wardrobe, just a shelving system. The bathroom is a bit small.

Bathroom door wouldn't stay open, and it was hard to open.

Good breakfast and the service besides from parking was excellent especially in the bar.

Bad service in terms of parking, they forgot to tell us where the parking area was exactly and forgot to give us a parking ticket to get into the hotel parking area TWICE.

The lady who checked us in was nice! Bed was comfy.

All other staff in the hotel need customer service training. They are unapproachable, unprofessional and just out and out rude! The staff/manager who "helped" us when we first arrived in the morning was just a robot and lied to both myself and booking.com regarding our booking information! The.breakfast was served cold and under cooked and made me ill. Pictures have been supplied to booking.com.. It was disgraceful!

Smelly towels and not very clean rooms just okay

I had booked this hotel as it was near the train station and we were only looking for a place to stay in between train journeys. It was perfect - short walk from the train station. Beside it was a huge shopping centre which was handy as we need to pick up a few things

We had asked for interconnecting rooms or rooms near each other but we were on different floors. The hotel was busy so they couldn't accommodate this request which was a pity as I had booked it months in advance
