How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).

When you arrive at the hotel there is no parking in front of the hotel, only in the surrounding streets where there is no space. The room has little space for clothes, no wardrobe, just a shelving system. The bathroom is a bit small.
The location of the hotel is very good. The shopping center is nearby. Also, they make very delicious pizza in the hotel.

Bathroom door wouldn't stay open, and it was hard to open.

We had asked for interconnecting rooms or rooms near each other but we were on different floors. The hotel was busy so they couldn't accommodate this request which was a pity as I had booked it months in advance
I had booked this hotel as it was near the train station and we were only looking for a place to stay in between train journeys. It was perfect - short walk from the train station. Beside it was a huge shopping centre which was handy as we need to pick up a few things

Quick 1 night stopover in Stuttgart on european tour. friendly reception, spoke English. Room comfortable and quiet, standard for Premier Inn. Close to the U station (3mins) we used to visit Porsche museum, 12 mins to main train station. Minute to shopping centre and food places. About 30 mins walk to Palace Square. Breakfast good selection .

Cleaning wasn't the best , the water cups in the room had lipstick mark.... The instruction to the parking wasn't so clear The A/C was very very weak... Too hot in the night

Very nice location, not too distant from the railway station on foot. Large mall around the corner, just in front of a very large public library. The hotel has a small shop inside where you can buy snacks or phone chargers, etc. It feels very safe cause you need your room key to take the elevator or the stairs. Breakfast buffet is gorgeous, also featuring plant based cheese spreads and hummus

No refrigerator in the room . With children this can be quite annoying . Not the hotels fault but lots of noise and banging from other rooms . Not a lot of closet/draw space , so basically living out of a suitcase . Bar area was far too expensive . I don’t mind paying more for the convenience of drinking in the hotel but 3/4 times the price is way over the odds .
Close to the trains and buses . Near to shops and restaurants . Clean rooms . Decent AC Helpful staff and keeping our bags .

The beds for the kids were quite small and the room was small for four people, although manageable.
Breakfast was very good and abundant. The location and the car park made it easier to reach and stay when travelling by car. The value for money of this hotel was really good.

Air conditioning was set to a limit that you couldn't control. Front desk staff weren't always the friendliest. Bathroom door closes completely and you have to prop it open to get any air circulation into the room. No bath fan so it gets steamy and hot. Lack of some basic amenities like tissues, small fridge and no safe was provided.
Great lobby with seating, snack area and bar. Beds were comfortable. Decor was nice. Enclosed shower was nice to contain water. Mall across the street. Lots of restaurants in the area. Splash pad / fountain nearby. Access to the train station and public transit very close by.

We had an awful smell from bathroom room. Though asked to be cleaned, it took 3 nights prior the issue got resolved after the room planned cleaning. Changing the room request was denied.

Parking was expensive. Room quite small for 4 people, but manageable. Very heavy doors, and no option to keep bathroom door open for ventilation (it closes back)

There was no refrigerator in our room.
Location is great. The walk from Central Station to the hotel was surprisingly pleasant, as it takes you away from the main roads.

It can be a little tricky to adjust the A/C.

Location is not really good and it ain't easy to get to the city centre (especially at night) without using a tram or so. Also you will have to cross the railways to even get to that tram stop. The air conditioning system was woking weird and not really helped (but it wasn't boiling hot in the room, tho)
Nice, modern place. The room is comfy and clean and absolutely quiet. The bed is huge and soft. There is a great kinda store with food and drinks opened round the clock (unlike all the nearest supermarkets) near the reception. There are also a bunch of fine bars and restaurants all 5 mins around and a huge park as well

Room air-conditioning was poor. I think this is a European wide issue to hit net zero targets by restrictions on the temperatures you can set. You could only set it + or - 3 degrees
