Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Modern room with good sound insulation. Good breakfast with quality products, and you can even prepare loose-leaf tea yourself. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the train station.

AustraliaThe property advertised a happy hour, but after sitting for about 20 minutes with no staff in sight at the bar or restaurant, we left for another venue. A fridge in the room would have been a practical addition also. But other than that our stay was pleasant.
Excellent location only a 2-minute walk to a shopping center with a supermarket, and roughly 10 minutes on foot to Stuttgart’s main station. The room was very clean and the shower was outstanding. While the setup is simple, it offers good value for the price.

NepalThat one staff I can’t recall his name but he was there at around 1:30 /2 pm , I came just an hour earlier to check in , in case he can offer me the room I mean we usually have the staff say let me check if room is ready or let me put your luggage till the room was ready he straight up asked me if you want room now you must pay 20 euro extra , who does that for an hour early check in . I wasn’t even insisting I was just asking for possibility I had just traveled the morning and had arrived Stuttgart , I have stayed in so many places but never this kind of response from a staff and above all it wasn’t even busy , he was just not service oriented , when I actually went to the other premiere inn in Stuttgart they offered check in instantly even if I was earlier than my time . On check out the person was super nice .
