The staff could be a little more helpful. We arrived really late due to train delay (around 11pm) and had to wait a long time to get checked in. Also, the breakfast is extremely expensive.

The location is great. Really close to the railway station. The rooms are spacious, clean and equipped with extra pillows, electric kettle and tea/coffee pouches. Great for a short stay.

There is no refrigerator in the room, so you cannot bring food and drinks to the room. I think this is unfair. And the TV channels are from my grandfather's time, may God have mercy on him.

Clean, tidy, quiet and simple place. Close to the train station, five minutes walk next to the Flexbus bus station.

They didn’t have safe in the room or a fridge and could keep any food in their fridge. May be maintenance over time will be lacking. Breakfast spread was good but not extraordinary. Nearby a new housing complex under construction brought some noise in the morning.

A new hotel recently build, helpful and nice staff along with comfortable beds and well organised rooms. Good location near station and city.

First and foremost, there should be a bottle of water in the room atleast when someone checks-in for the first time on the very first day. We used the Triple room. After converting the sofa to bed, there is almost no space and it was difficult to walk around and even going to bathroom. The storage space for clothes etc. was very limited.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable, there was a lot of traffic outside but once the windows were closed, it was very quiet. The Dark curtains allowed a bit longer sleep even on a sunny morning.

I truly believe when there is parking available, it should be calculated and offered in the price, especially when it is part of the facilities.

The hotel's location is great, just 10-15m walk from the centre. The staff were nice and polite.

We were on a very hot day there so the conditioning wasn’t cooling enough to my liking, but it wasn’t too bad still.

The Ac didnt work at all it was super hot in the room. They also only gave us 1 pair of towel. The most annoying things is the staff. They were opening our room around 11.00 even we already put “dont disturb” card. They come 3 times wven without KNOCKING!!! The last was at 11.35 untill we said YES WE GOING TO CHECK OUT SOON, WE STILL HAVE 25MINUTES TO CHECK OUT!!

Cleanliness was the main issue. We had a triple room and it had so many stains all over the carpet and the chair in the room was absolutely filthy. My main criteria when booking a hotel is the cleanliness - I am not fussy about facilities etc, so this was a big issue for me. Also, the duvets clearly had yellow stains on them. I couldn’t relax and enjoy the time in the hotel due to this. The fire alarm also went off at 6am and we all had to evacuate the building. Not ideal, but also a minor inconvenience in comparison to the lack of cleanliness.

Staff members were lovely. On site parking was very convenient.
