Staff are very helpful. In particular, Sindy from reception provided us useful information on the cultural background and places of interest. We are thankful that we have met her. Her hospitality meant a lot to us.

The staff was really not the most welcoming. The person who was at the reception during check-in and check-out could have been more friendly and welcoming. The only friendly staff person we encountered was one woman from the night shift. I think this aspect could be improved.

Very good location, very close to the central station. It was possible to leave the suitcase after checking out free of charge. There’s coffee and tea in the room. Fast and stable wifi.

We took the family room, but got something that was barely able to get in. 4 beds from wall to wall. For one night - not a big issue, but still.

Superb location in the city center. The stuff was polite, despite we mistake went to the second Premier inn hotel nearby. The room is quiet and overall clean, some stains on the walls. Parking place available at convenient distance.

The position is perfect for visiting the old town center. There are economic parking lot near the hotel, supermarket, restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable for three persons, we spent 3 nights there and it was a beatiful stay.

I woke up with bites in my face and neck which I am guessing must be bed bugs? These have been very itchy and uncomfortable and detracted from an otherwise very comfortable stay.

I have nothing to say that I did not like.

We found what we expected from the description. The room is neat, clean, the beds are comfortable. The hotel is in the city center. Therefore, bars, restaurants and other entertainment are nearby. The breakfast selection is large, fresh and delicious. Parking is paid. There are even several parking lots. It is convenient to pay. The price is not high.

Some members of the personnel were rude at times (perhaps tired fro mlong shifts? I don't know). The breakfast room could become crowded.

The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. Beds were very comfortable.

The reception and breakfast are on the 5th floor, so if you are checking out during breakfast time, you could stay in the queue to the elevator (stairs are not an option, because you are not able to get out on ground floor to exit without a room card, a very weird solution)

Good location, room was super comfy. I was sleeping very well every night. Breakfast is also good.
