How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The room with bunk beds is very small and cramped. Fine with young kids but a bit of a squeeze with teenagers.
Spacious and well equipped apartment next to the Splash facilities, which was really convenient and great for a family group. Easy to park and a great breakfast.

We used public transportation. So the buses for this place is not frequent. Better to have a vehicle.
Staff was very friendly. Great apartment. Value for money.

Parking for 8€/night only for hotel guest. Other ppl can parking for free.
Very friendly staff in restaurant, check out and in splash. Great breakfast, clean room. Splash was too very good for my son. We was not in pool, only indoor playground

Unfortunately we couldn't book massages. We rang the Spa multiple times and they didn't answer their phone. When we went down to the Spa in the evening to book in person they were closed.
We loved the swimming centre which was close by.

While our overall stay was fine for the one night, we noticed that the cleanliness of the bathroom could have been improved. There was mold around the bottom of the shower, which was a bit concerning. It didn’t affect our short stay too much, but it’s definitely something that could be addressed for future guests."
Overall, our stay was good. The surrounding area is beautiful, and the breakfast was enjoyable.

There is something odd with the bar and ordering a 'la Carte. We have tried twice and we found it is pointless. It is simply easier to get pizza from the nearest town.
Rich breakfasts, vibe and cool surroundings. The walks from the house to the main building. Spacious rooms and two restrooms. No problem with parking the car. We loved the swimming pool and saunas!

- The distance from the main hotel facility until the swimming pool and lunch area (in winter it's easy to get sick, due to this walking distance). - The time frame of the lunch is too early and short (12.00-14.00) - The all inclusive concept (although expensive) offers only wine and beer, would be great if with this price, all alcoholic drinks were offered.

One staff member at the L’Osteria restaurant was behaving quite weirdly - made us feel uncomfortable as a group of people of colour. Other than this incident everything else was really great

The Bistro and the Osteria need some revamping on their menus and their cooking. The food was not great in the buffet, so the value for money was not good. At the Osteria, we had a good pizza but a subpar Carbonara. If possible, eat outside the resort.
I travelled with my daughter, and she loved it! The facilities for kids are excellent, and we had a lot to experiment with and explore during our stay! Breakfast was ok! The swimming pool area is excellent, and our daughter had a lovely time there! If you have kids, that is a very good place. For couples, not so much!

The second bed provided to the kid could have been better.
Very pleasant resort to spend holidays with the family. The kids have the splash and enough playgrounds to enjoy their holidays.

When we arrived I told them that the varanda door in my room had no curtain, blinds, shutters etc which left my husband and I very exposed to people outside and the house across. We asked straight away for someone to fix it, but no one came for the two days we were there. It was not nice to have no privacy or have the sun in our room very early. The toilet paper was horrible and pillows too. I find it unacceptable to charge for parking somewhere where you can only really get to by car, it is just another way of making money. There wasn't really anything for older kids (teenagers)
The breakfast was fantastic, lots of options to please everyone. The house was a good size with comfortable beds. The swimming pool was lots of fun and so was the indoor play area. It was a quick drive to the beach.

The apartment is not cleaned every day
Good family resort. Lot of actavities for kids. The apartment is spacy. You can park in front of it. Breakfast variety is big.

Noisy music after 22:00, special payment for parking (8€/day).

The internet connection is too slow in the room. The false fire alarm at 3am was shocking for us. Additional parking fee within hotel vicinity is too much because before it was for free for hotel guests.
It was clean and nothing was broken or dirt. The bed was comfy the spacious. The fridge also kept everything really cool and the tv was stable and didn’t stop or lag at some times.

The Splash zone is a bit older, but otherwise it is super cool there. A paradice for childreb and adults.
The location is wonderful, the hotel utself as well.
