bed was in a very used condition, maybe it’s time to replace the mattress. it was very warm in the upper apartment under the roof. as there is no a/c, we left the windows open in the night. two things were disturbing therefore: 1. it was completely bright in the room after it got bright outside (5:30) as the sheets for the windows aren’t really covering / darkening. 2. with open window and that crazy loud church facing the house and ringing at least every 15 minutes, it was impossible to sleep after 7

It’s a beautiful apartment with a very nice view over Baden-Baden. In the kitchen you have a fridge, a stovetop and a microwave to prepare food. walking up there is ok, not far from city centre. the owner i guess is nice, she awaits you to give you the keys. maybe a key locker would be nice too, as i needed to wait 1 hour to get my key.

Location was great! I do want to note to other guests that there are many stairs that must be taken to get to the apartment. The host was very nice and provided recommendations. Also, there is no air conditioning but a comfortable place to stay for the value of money!

Cozy appartment in authentic local style and just a few stairs aways from the city centrum. We enjoyed the stunning views and sunset from the little balcony. Very kind and friendly owner who offered us tips for a short vacation.

Be aware that there are a number of steps to access the property and parking can be difficult at the bottom flight.

The apartment is tastefully decorated and offers a range facilities for a comfortable stay. The hosts are attentive and keen to ensure that you settle in well. We particularly liked the balcony which offers nice views. The bathroom is a good size and separate from the WC and reached via the living area, which hosts the second bed. It's located in a quiet area of Baden-Baden and about a 10 minute walk into town. There's a supermarket at the bottom of the hill and various restaurants and shops nearby.

The location is very nice, the apartment is cute and the view superb. The apartment is in a small street with stairs - and thus quiet.

The pillows should be replaced: the padding is way to loose. The mattress could be a bit better, too P s: Some people complained about the steps to reach the house, but unless the guests have any kind of walking problem, it's perfectly ok.

Beautiful, no-frills but cosy apartment that we strongly recommend. We spent six lovely days in Xmas and we enjoyed it a lot: the views are great, heating system works perfectly and it's just minutes away from all city highlights (baths, restaurant, Xmas market, art gallery...). We loved it! We also value that there are supermarkets, a bakery etc nearby.

The flat needs a a bit of maintenance to be really confortable (bed, doors, shower) and for a short stay it would be nice to have some minimum like salt and oil in the kitchen or soap on the bathroom.

Great location, just a few minutes walking from the Christmas market but very quiet. Amazing view and a very cosy atmosphere, almost feel like a little chalet in the Montaign but close to the city.

This is such a cute little apartment! We spent 3 nights over Christmas and the cosy space worked well for three people. The heating keeps the rooms toasty warm. There is a little balcony with a view across the city and it's great for listening to the church bells. The apartment has quirky old world charm with uneven floors, handheld shower and kitchenette in a cupboard, but these are a memorable part of the experience and we would highly recommend staying! It's a short walk from the Christmas markets and city centre. Really comfy beds.

apartment was very old fashioned, bed was extremely tough and we had to sleep in the living room and I am pretty sure I had got bitten multiple times. The kitchen was tiny and found it very tricky to cook anything.

the host was extremely nice and accommodating. The location was very close to the centre and the property was very warm for the winter weather.

I couldn't fault anything

Communication with Nadja was very easy, she met me on arrival, made sure I had everything I needed and provided advice on the local area, also helping me out when I needed somewhere to leave my stuff on my last day. The place itself is only five minutes from the centre of town and all the attractions, but in a very quiet neighbourhood. The balcony is great for breakfast and relaxing in the evening, and overall the apartment had everything I needed. Baden-baden is a lovely town to explore, and I would recommend the panorama walk to anyone wanting to see the forest and do some hiking over a few days. I had a really nice, relaxing stay.
