Typically in Europe there is no AC. I think a fan should be standard for every room. Our host obtained one which helped on unusually hot days

Lovely big room, very clean. Staff really friendly and welcoming. Nice quiet location out of town centre with plenty of free parking, but a lovely stroll on river into town centre. Good choice of food and drink in the local area 10 mins walk from hotel or a little further into BT centre.

Great place on the Bodensee to Konigsee cycle route. Very quiet location.Our extra large room (#11) was very comfortable, quiet, and had pleasant views from the balcony. Bad Tölz is nice town for overnight with river and some old town charm. Good bike storage and breakfast. Check in staff was extremely friendly and even helped us with our cycle panniers to the second floor room.

It was a little cool in the room in the evening but it seemed warmer in the morning. Minibar but no tea and coffee in the room

We were camping but the weather was snowy and cold so we took refuge in the hotel at short notice. It was had everything we needed including ensuite sitting room and shower room.

The only things that could have been better for me, was the bed.. I'm 6' 3" tall and was finding it difficult to fit. I suggest removing the footboard or getting longer beds. It was also a little warm as there is no AC.. We kept the window open at night and this did help.

Staff were very friendly and helpful.. Breakfast was included and was excellent. The property was in great condition and appeared to be renovated recently. A typical Bavarian chalet with lots of character. Located and surrounded by other beautiful Lodges. A nice garden park is just down the street. Walking distance to central town. Free parking too.

Very nice small hotel, close to the centre (a short, pleasant walk along the river), with free parking; the room was very well appointed, with a small balcony, comfortable beds, a small desk etc. everything super clean. The bathroom was a bit small, but we didn't mind at all, it was fine. Good breakfast and excellent staff: helpful and always smiling. Highly recommended!!

There was only one pillow per person, and it provided little support, but the beds were very comfortable, and it was nice to have a balcony.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast experience was cozy. The hotel and rooms had a very traditional feeling to them, and the beds were comfortable. The location provided a quiet neighbourhood feeling, and the old town was about a fifteen minute walk along the river, so we got some exercise visiting town.

There were very few toiletries - only hand soap. I expected at least body soap, but maybe it was available if you asked at the front desk.

The room was bigger than expected, with a nice view. The breakfast was good with lots of options. The staff were friendly and not overbearing. The location was convenient, it was easy to get into town and only a few minutes from the river paths. Despite only being under an hour away from Munich, it felt like a true 'get away' to a quiet, easygoing Pension, and we wish we could have stayed longer.
